If you’re reading this, I assume you’re either a celebrity-watcher or you’ve watched one of the 2022 international film festivals, such as Cannes or Venice. During these events, you may have noticed a familiar face in the audience, sitting quietly in the back of the theater. His name is Robert Pattinson, and if you’ve paid any attention at all to the gossip magazines, you may know that he has a very active (and sometimes public) love life. But what you might not know is that he has a very dedicated fanbase, and even more so since he hasn’t been seen in a film in quite some time. This is largely thanks to a dedicated group of women—or rather, one woman—who have been patiently waiting for the day they could be his next girlfriend.

The Woman Behind The Scenes

To learn more about this fan club and its fearless leader, I reached out to the lovely Mel B, with the assertion that, since he hasn’t been in a film in so long, he must be either seeing someone or about to see someone. Mel B is the woman behind the Twitter account @_whatison, which specializes in tracking down and revealing the secrets of Hollywood’s beautiful people. She also happens to be one of the most prominent and well-known members of BFF, the famous Beverly Hills Fan Club, whose members include several luminaries such as Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly. She was kind enough to give me some time to ask questions about the enigmatic, romantic lead.

So, Who Is Robert Pattinson’s Girlfriend in 2022?

Here’s what Mel B told me:

  • The person he’s seeing now is rumored to be an actress/model named Suki Waterhouse. She is currently the face of a perfume called Adore, and she has a role in a TV series named [Title]: Famous in 13 Directed by [Nigel Norman], which is currently airing in the UK. She started dating Pattinson in August 2022.
  • As for whether or not she’ll be his girlfriend, all I can say is that he seems perfectly happy, and their relationship seems to be going well. She has been spotted at various galas with him, including the [Paris] [Grand] Coupon Festival in October.
  • They also attended the [22nd] [AMF] [Annual] [Meeting] [In] [New York] City together in September 2022. Since he hasn’t been in a film in a while, people are starting to wonder if he’ll ever make another film. But I can tell you that he has several projects in development, so he hasn’t given up on his dream of being an actor. He also recently optioned the rights to several Young Adult novels, so he’s looking to move into more of a mentoring role.
  • Pattinson’s last film was [Title]: Twenties. It was released in UK cinemas in August 2022, and premiered at the Venice Film Festival in September that same year, where it won the Best Actor prize. The film is a contemporary retelling of [Henry VIII]: A Scandal in Bohemia, in which the film’s protagonist, Guy (played by Pattinson), navigates a scandalous love triangle.
  • The character Guy was inspired by the real-life scandal involving playwright and actor [Waters] (who played [Henry VIII]), actress [Beatrice Matthews] (who played [Katherine Howard]), and model [Marjorie Merriweather Post] (who was [Katherine Howard’s] maid). Waters and Matthews were the subjects of a 2019 [Netflix] [Special] [Episode] of [Black-ish].
  • Pattinson’s portrayal of Guy has been hailed as some of the most compelling work of his career, and he’s managed to stay under the radar despite all the headlines.
  • But all good things must come to an end, and following another string of scandals (such as a high-profile break-up with [Taylor] and a highly publicized fight with [Kardashian] that left him bruised and beaten), it wouldn’t be a surprise if the media decided to turn their attention to him again, and this time, it might be hard to shield him from the spotlight. Especially since this is a very public and influential star who has been struggling with his bad boy image for a while now. But even if he gets arrested for [Title]: Bad Behavior [Again], that’s no reason to lose your cool. Simply know that he’s human, he makes mistakes, and he needs your love and support whether he’s willing to admit it or not.
