I have to admit that when I first heard about the upcoming Harry Potter spin-off, I was somewhat underwhelmed. A few of my friends had raved about it, but I didn’t see it as something special. I figured it was just another kids’ movie aimed at young audiences. I was wrong.
In the past, the Harry Potter movies have always been something special. The stories were often quite unique and the characters were generally well-versed in magic. I’m not saying that the new movie will completely reinvent the wheel, but the setting might be a little different. As it turns out, Robert Pattinson was actually in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. And as it so happens, he played a rather important role.
What Is The Prisoner of Azkaban?
The Prisoner of Azkaban is the fourth book in the Harry Potter series, written by J.K Rowling and published in 2001. The book, along with the other three, forms part of the Prisoner of Azkaban movie trilogy. However, as I mentioned above, the book was written before the movies were released. This is why there are differences between the story in the book and the movie. To make things even more complicated, there are also several different versions of the book. Why Do You Need To Read The Original Books?
I have to admit that I have never read the Harry Potter books. I had seen parts of them on screen, but since they’re so long I figured there must be something wrong with them. Plus, I’m not really a big reader. However, now that I’m hearing about the special relationship some of the characters have with their books, I’m more curious than ever to read them. Especially since there are so many different versions of the story and no movie to compare it to.
Who Is The Master Of The Macabre?
One of the things I really like about the Harry Potter series is how different the characters are. Even the villains are interesting and have their own stories. It kind of reminds me of the movie Stranger Than Fiction where Nicolas Cage plays a detective who goes undercover as a high school student to solve a murder. Except in this case, it’s not just any old high school – it’s Hogwarts! – and the main character isn’t just any old student either. He is in fact, the master of the macabre!
The character of Lord Voldermort is the most recognizable villain in the Harry Potter universe. He is the one who murdered Harry’s parents and he also possesses powerful magic. It is also worth mentioning that Voldermort is the only character other than Harry to appear in all nine books. The thing is, even though he is the main villain, Voldermort is still a very complex character. He has his reasons for doing what he does and even though he is very much against Harry’s presence at Hogwarts, he doesn’t necessarily have to be. In fact, it is quite the opposite. Voldermort hopes that Harry will defeat him so he can take over the world.
Why Did Voldermort Want To Destroy Hogwarts?
I think we can all agree that the main reason why Voldemort wanted to destroy Hogwarts was to secure his power. Even after the murder of his parents, Voldemort wasn’t satisfied with just one school. He wanted all of them. So, he set about trying to kill anyone who stood in his way, as well as using his magic to make his school – and by extension, himself – invincible. One of the things I really admire about Lord Voldermort is that he was not only prepared to kill innocent people to get what he wanted, but he was also willing to destroy an entire school to do it. That is real dedication!
Is Pottermore A Real Place?
Nowadays, whenever a new Harry Potter movie comes out there is always some speculation about whether or not Pottermore, the virtual Hogwarts within the magical world of Harry Potter, will be a part of the upcoming movie. The short answer is yes, it will be. Pottermore was actually inspired by the Galadriel Gardens inside the Bilbo Baggins’ Hobbiton movie set. The difference being that Pottermore is a completely virtual place that you enter through the magic of Rowling’s writing. It does not actually exist in real life. So there. That is really all there is to it.
Why Did Voldemort Want To Kill Harry?
This is quite a difficult question to answer, especially since Harry was never actually in danger of being killed. However, it is important to remember that just because Voldemort didn’t actually want to kill Harry, it doesn’t mean that he wasn’t trying. There are several different theories about why Voldemort wanted to kill Harry. Some people believe that he simply wanted to secure the body of the boy who defeated him. Others say that he wanted to create an army of adult Death Eaters to serve him. Still, others think that he wanted to sacrifice Harry so that he could live again. And then there is the legend that Voldemort was trying to use magic to revive his dead wife and child. It is also worth mentioning that at the end of the Deathly Hallows, Voldemort fails in his attempt to kill Harry and instead ends up killing most of his allies. So it seems the Dark Lord had some unexpected consequences for his evil plan.
