It’s no secret that the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate, is the queen of fashion and style. However, her daughter, the actress and model, Vicky, is a fashion icon in her own right. Since beginning her modeling career in 2003, Vicky has worked with some of the world’s top designers, including Fendi, Givenchy, and Louis Vuitton. In addition to modeling, Vicky is also an author and businesswoman. She launched a successful clothing store, Vicky Pattinson, in 2008 and has since gone on to open several more across the globe. Most recently, she opened a store in Dubai, UAE. We have compiled some of our favorite photos from Vicky’s Dubai trip to give you a flavor of her style.

Fashion icon Vicky Pattinson opened her first store in London’s Regent Street in 2008 and has since gone on to open multiple locations across the UK and Europe. The Duchess of Cambridge was one of many high profile individuals who visited the London store. The store is housed in a former railway building and pays homage to the British Museum’s Elizabethan collection.

In Dubai, Vicky opened her premier store, Vicky Pattinson Dubai, in May 2017. The store was designed by fashion house, Loewe and is located on Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa tower. You’ll find everything from lingerie to swimsuits, as well as accessories like sunglasses and handbags. The Dubai store is the brand’s largest to date and features an exhibition kitchen and outdoor seating area. The Duchess of Cambridge was one of the first to try on the lingerie and swimsuit styles when they were revealed. She later styled them for Instagram. Vicky attended the Cannes Film Festival in May 2019 as part of the marketing campaign for her new movie, Love, Simon. Attending the premiere of a film at the Cannes Film Festival is a coveted honor, as is being featured in the movie’s trailer. Simon Pegg wrote, directed, and co-produced the movie, which is described as a modern love story about a gay teen trying to find his place in the world. The trailer features a few fashion moments, including Vicky wearing a stunning yellow dress by Australian designer, Cassandra Steen.

Yellow Is the New Black

In September 2019, Vicky attended the 2019 Australian Fashion Awards in Melbourne, Australia. The Australian fashion industry honored the Duchess for her contribution to Australian fashion and for her support of the country’s talent. Vicky accepted the award on behalf of her mother, the Duchess of Cambridge.

In the Middle of Nowhere

In May 2019, Vicky was photographed at the Golden Globes in California. Hosted by Stephen Colbert, this year’s Golden Globes was filled with plenty of glamorous fashion moments. Although Vicky is best known for her work in film, she has proven to be a versatile style icon and the Golden Globes were no exception. She wore a black and gold dress by designer, Ralph and Russo, which is available in a pre-fall fashion special. The Golden Globes are held every year in January in Los Angeles and this year’s edition was no exception. Celebrities gathered in their thousands to celebrate Hollywood’s biggest night and to honor those who worked hard to bring a project to life.

Summer Lovin’

During the Cannes Film Festival, Vicky shared an adorable photo of herself with her dog, Matilda, on Instagram. The British singer-songwriter, Charli XCX, helped co-ordinate the photoshoot and in return Vicky gifted the songwriter with a pair of diamond earrings. “Wanted to thank you so much for helping make this photo happen. I love Matilda and she’s such a sweet dog,” Vicky wrote on Instagram. “I’m glad we could bring some summer lovin’ into the winter.”

A Day At The Office

In October 2019, Vicky was back in London for another photoshoot with famed photographer, Saul Hudson. Although the two worked together for W Magazine, Vicky rarely shares details about her personal life with fans. This time, however, she opened up about her work-life and how photography has impacted her outlook on style. “I really enjoy this job,” she said. “I get to wake up every day, put on my beautiful dress, and go and meet very interesting people, which is something I never get to do in my spare time.” In a rare glimpse into her personal life, Vicky shared that Saul Hudson has been a huge influence on her work-life, inspiring her to be the best possible version of herself. Most notably, she credited the photographer with changing her perspective on fashion. “Saul really changed the way I look at fashion,” she said. “He makes me feel like a completely different person when it comes to looking at clothes. Before I would just see it as a piece of clothing, but now it’s like a work of art.”

Casual Day

In October 2019, Vicky was spotted at a casual beach wedding in the Maldives. The Duchess looked effortlessly stylish in a white dress by designer, Ralph and Russo. At the event, she exchanged pleasantries with Kate Middleton and her sister, Pippa. The Middleton sisters were also among the attendees and the foursome seemed to enjoy each other’s company. After the ceremony, Pippa gave a bridal party speech in which she praised Kate’s dress. In the same month, Vicky attended the Costume Parade at the London Fashion Week. Among the attendees were the Duchess of Cambridge and her children, Prince George and Princess Caitlyn. While the royal family were in attendance, they were photographed and filmed as they walked the runway. It was later revealed that Vicky, along with other celebrity guests, had designed outfits for the occasion. The duchess was seen sporting a stunning white dress designed by Sarah Burton for Lily Collins and modeled by Isabella Gardner.

Posing With Royals

In July 2019, Vicky posed alongside Kate Middleton for a family photo shoot. The Duchess of Cambridge’s youngest child, Prince George, served as the model for the day and appeared very interested in trying on some of the fashion items. George is seen exploring the rails of Victoria Beckham’s fashion house as well as posing with his cousins, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. The photoshoot was part of an initiative by the Royal Collection to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Queen’s reign. Although the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry did not attend the commemorative anniversary events, they did attend the photoshoot. The three young royals seemed to have a blast exploring the fashion designer’s clothing and accessories. Victoria Beckham has since shared a photo of the tot in a striped jumpsuit, which he later modelled alongside his cousins for the anniversary logo.

In April 2019, Vicky attended the wedding of Princess Eugenie, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Princess Margaret, to Jack Brooksbank. The dress code for the wedding was “British classic,” and Vicky opted for the look in a white dress by designer, Ralph and Russo. The princess looked radiant as she made her entrance into the wedding ceremony and her smile was something to behold.

In addition to styling photos of famous individuals, Vicky has also worked with brands to promote their products.
