Hoechlin plays the comic book hero The Grey, while Pattinson is most well known for his role as the dark and brooding vampire, Edward Cullen. Together, they form what seems to be an unofficial trilogy of off-screen heavy-hitters in the superhero world. Not only are they three of Hollywood’s biggest names in one room, but they’re also linked by more than just their work in the film industry. In 2015, it was discovered that Hoechlin is the son of actor Michael Hoechlin, who is best known for his role as Alfred Pennyworth in the Batman films.
