It’s been a month since Robert Pattinson shocked fans by shaving off his iconic beard and replacing it with a lighter more masculine scruff. In the last week alone, he’s been spotted shirtless several times, including a memorable pool party where he was seen shirtless and soaking wet.
Pattinson has been spending a lot of time in and out of the water recently, and although we don’t usually think about how our favourite celebs maintain their beauty during outdoor activities, it’s essential that they do. Luckily, this was one occasion where it didn’t seem like damage was done, and despite how busy he was, Pattinson still looked like himself.
Since the news broke, fans have been flocking to Twitter to share their thoughts and prayers, as well as their delight that the actor/singer/writer/director has finally seen the light and embraced his masculine beauty. Many of them have taken to Twitter to share their excitement that the world is now finally getting to see the real Pattinson, and to let the actor know that they’re cheering him on as he takes his life back from illness.
One of the first fans to publicly show their support for Pattinson was pop star Christina Grimmie. On June 10th, just days after the news broke, Grimmie took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message with her 166.7 million followers, explaining that she had been a big fan of Pattinson’s work and was over the moon to see him finally accepting his feminine beauty.
“I’ve been a huge fan of yours for a long time,” she wrote. “I wanted to let you know how much it means to me that you have finally embraced your masculinity and accepted your femininity. I’m so happy to see you like this. You deserve to be happy and healthy.”
Grimmie wasn’t the only one to praise Pattinson for his courage. On June 14th, singer-songwriter Lizzo tweeted: “Robert Pattinson showing his balls was the moment I found out he was a real man. I’m not saying I didn’t believe you, but sometimes you need evidence to believe. Thank you for being such a wonderful role model.”
Meanwhile, tennis star and LGBTQ rights activist Venus Williams also praised the actor for his courage. “Robert Pattinson showing his balls was the moment I found out he was a real man,” she tweeted. “I’m not saying I didn’t believe you, but sometimes you need evidence to believe. Thank you for being such a wonderful role model.”
Since the news broke, we’ve seen several other stars come out in support of Robert Pattinson, including Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, and more recently, Travis Scott. Scott wrote on Instagram that he was “honored” that so many of his followers took the time to show their support for the actor, adding that he was “happy to be a small part of this inspiring story.”
Pattinson’s fans are clearly some of the most loyal and dedicated followers in the world, and their stories of love and support are heartwarming. Although the actor has yet to respond to any of his fans’ messages of support, the way he’s embraced his feminine side is a joy to behold.
