In case you didn’t know, Robert Pattinson is a hot favorite among the ladies (and some of the gents as well). Not only does he look incredibly hot as he plays with a tiger on the set of Life of Pi (as seen above), but he also has a great sense of fashion. When he’s not filming, you’ll often see him wearing shirts with prints on them or solid colours. But as soon as the cameras start rolling, you’ll see a different side of him as he dons a t-shirt with an incredible design on it.

Since we’re not actually sure whether or not the designer was paid to do this tattoo, we’re going to have to give this one the benefit of the doubt. But that doesn’t mean we don’t love it. And it doesn’t mean you have to love it either. It’s simply a matter of personal preference.

All Hallow’s Eve

It would be a great Halloween costume if you dressed up as Robert Pattinson. First of all, it’s probably the most popular Halloween costume this year. And not because of the movie he’s featured in, but because of his unique fashion style. As we’ve established, Pattinson is usually seen wearing shirts with animals on them or simple designs. So it was only a matter of time before someone came up with a Halloween costume based on this simple yet stylish look.

As you can see in the picture above, fans really went all out this year and dressed up as Pattinson in almost every possible way. There were even some people who went as far as getting a full-body cast and wearing them as “bodies”. It seems that whenever there’s a chance to dress up as Robert Pattinson, fans don’t miss the opportunity. And this year was no exception.

Most Popular Halloween Costume

Zombies never really went out of style, especially when you consider the fact that it’s become such a popular topic on social media platforms like Twitter. For example, here’s a random Tweet from @ZombiesAmber about how much they love dressing up as zombies (and dogs and cats and… you get the point).

This past Halloween season was all about zombies. From the trending Halloween hashtags to the costume styles, it was all about zombies. And what’s even more interesting is that many of the costumes were not based on well-known movies or TV shows. Instead, fans created their own designs and came up with creative ways to represent the walking corpses as Robert Pattinson.

It all started when @Olivia_Rose posted a photo of herself on Twitter wearing a stunning yellow dress with black polka dots. And she captioned it with #ZombiesAmber, the hashtag for people who want to join the cult of zombie followers. Since then, @ZombiesAmber has used the hashtag to post nearly every type of zombie-related tweet you could imagine. And it’s easy to see why. Not only does it have a catchy hashtag, but it also has one of the most recognizable figures in pop culture as its avatar. This isn’t something you often see when it comes to anonymous Twitter accounts.

But that’s not all there is to this hashtag. People have also started using it to post photos of themselves in costume as well as their opinions about the films and characters represented by the zombie genre. This is the kind of content that keeps people coming back for more. It’s interesting to see how people are connecting with this hashtag and really exploring what it means to them.

Most Popular Halloween Costume Design

Another way to explore the growing popularity of zombies this past Halloween season is to look at the graphic novels, DVDs, and other media that were released around the time of Halloween. In particular, you can see a massive rise in the number of zombie-related graphic novels and similar novels about werewolves, vampires, and other “monster” characters. This is most likely because these characters are often seen as metaphors for our fear of the darkness and what lies beyond (e.g., the unknown). So it’s not completely unfounded to assume that audiences are simply responding to the overabundance of dark content that appeared around the same time as Halloween 2018.

All Hallow’s Eve 2018

It’s worth pointing out that not all of the costumes based on Robert Pattinson this past Halloween season were created with the “zombies=robert pattinson” theme in mind. As we’ve established, fans really went all out this year and dressed up as various characters and styles from the Twilight Saga. So it wasn’t a surprise that fans decided to dress up as their favorite characters from the show. From a classic Bella to a modern-day Jessica, people finally got the chance to live vicariously through their favorite book and movie series.

But it wasn’t only about the Twilight Saga. You’d be surprised at how many different ways fans have decided to represent the literary vampire character. From a simple red-black-and-white shirt with a bat on it to a full-body Halloween suit, people really did their best to portray the essence of Dracula.

It seems that since the advent of the #MeToo movement and the popularity of literary and TV adaptations of classic horror stories, people are really wanting to jump on the bandwagon. Whether or not this trend will continue is uncertain. But for now, at least, horror fans can rejoice in the fact that more and more people are wanting to play dress up and be the center of attention.
