The big day took place on December 31, and the following day, the newlyweds shared an intimate celebration with family and friends at the A Little White Wedding Chapel in Bumblewood, New Jersey. The chapel’s website describes the venue as a “winter wonderland setting,” which perfectly sets the mood for the romantic affair. What is arguably most charming about this wedding is how intimate it felt, despite the presence of several news outlets and cameras.
As the groom’s bachelor party was taking place the night before the wedding, guests flocked to New York City’s trendy Soho district to catch a glimpse of Pattinson. The Weinstein Company And Ryan Coogler Sign Auteur Film
In November, it was announced that the Weinstein Company had signed A-list director, writer, and producer, Ryan Coogler, to an unprecedented degree, giving him the power to pick which projects he’ll direct, write, or produce. A prolific and acclaimed filmmaker, Coogler is best known for his work in the 2015 blockbuster, Black Panther, and its 2018 sequel, Black Widow.
While the scope of the deal was unprecedented in the history of the film industry, it wasn’t the first time that a studio had put a megastar in charge of their own artistic destiny. Back in April, Warner Bros.‘ head of production, Stuart Ford, took the wraps off of a similar five-year plan. Under the plan, Ford said that he would handpick a slate of 10–12 films that the studio would produce, making the chief creative officer and producer of the studio’s film division, Damian Chiarantino, and the head of Warner Bros. Pictures, Kenny Chorng, as well as himself, executives in charge of production. Ford added that Coogler was one of the first creators he pitched the idea to.

In early December, Drew Brees and his tailor, Jerald Sudek, revealed that they were working on a special, limited-edition suit for the NFL star, just for the upcoming college football season. The tailor crafted the 3-piece suit, which features faux crocodile and exotic snake print patterns and fabrics, in a mix of gabardine and French blue material, for the Saints quarterback. The suit will be available for purchase next season.

In early December, French actress, Isabelle Huppert, stunned onlookers at the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards, as she wore a dress made by Jean-Louis Scherrer, designer of the House of Gucci. The dress Huppert wore was not only a breathtaking spectacle in and of itself, but also the fact that it was colored black on black was a daring choice that stunned everyone who witnessed it. In an interview with Vogue prior to the Golden Globes, Huppert said that she had never felt more comfortable in her own skin than she did that evening. “I felt like a woman who had finally found her truth,” she said. “That was the most important thing for me.”

In early December, designer, Coco Chanel, became one of the few female fashion icons to be married in a wedding dress designed by her. The legendary designer had sketched out the original design for her wedding dress back in 1914, and she finally got to wear it more than 90 years later, on her wedding day. Chanel’s granddaughter and wedding party wore the dress, which is made up of multiple layers of tulle, satin, and mesh, as they took their wedding vows in the beautiful chapels of Grand Cayman, the location of the wedding. The dress has been passed down from generation to generation.

In late November, model and actor, Zendaya, married singer-songwriter, John Legend, in a fair isle white wedding in Paris. The newlyweds spent their wedding night in a church followed by a small civil ceremony at City Hall. On Sunday night, December 10, the Grammys were held in Los Angeles, and they were quite an unusual affair, given the number of upsets and shocks that took place.
