The ‘Twilight’ actor has announced a special fundraising effort in memory of his late mother, who died of cancer last year aged 69.
Pattinson is teaming up with Stand Up to Cancer, an organization that funds research to improve treatment and outcomes for cancer patients, to raise money for the charity organization in the most stylish and unique way possible: by auctioning off an intimate dinner with the actor himself!
Scheduled to take place on Dec 5th in Los Angeles, the auction will feature 12 lot tickets, with each one entitling the buyer to attend an exclusive dinner with the actor. The dinner is worth $2,000, and will be followed by a screening of Pattinson’s 2013 film ‘Tomorrowland’.
