“I’m not really a fan of diets. I think they’re silly, although I do try to stop eating things that I know are bad for me. Like, I don’t eat a doughnut anymore because they’re bad for your teeth. It’s better to know which foods are bad for you than to eat whatever you want, without considering whether or not it’s good for you. I don’t feel the need to be on a diet, as I think I am quite lucky in that area. If I want to indulge in something, cheese is always a good option, as is chocolate or another sweet.
