Photographer Johan Nordstrom has put together a stunning portfolio of portraits of actor Robert Pattinson, depicting the on-screen and off-screen character in a range of different situations. The collection of 19 individual images, entitled Robert Pattinson Portrait, was inspired by the actor’s eclectic taste in music and fashion, and follows a similar theme as his 2013 calendar.

The 26-year-old English Actor is best known for his role as vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight Saga. However, it was his performance as troubled musician Scott Spencer in the 2013 indie film The Rover that brought him to wider attention. He has since gone on to appear in a number of big-budget Hollywood films, often in leading roles. His upcoming projects include the action-adventure game Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters (due out soon) and the big-budget science fiction epic Star Wars Episode VII.

The Fashionista

Edward Cullen is often considered to be one of Hollywood’s most stylish stars. The man known for his impeccable fashion choices often attends special events and red carpet ceremonies in style, and is regularly spotted on the town’s fashion front row. The list of designer label he’s worn include Burberry, Chanel, and Dior, to name just a few.

While it’s great to be able to pull off an elegant look in the film studio, the reality of everyday life is slightly different. In this behind-the-scenes look at the fashion world of luxury, we’re given a peek into the daily life of a famous person. For those interested in fashion, this is an insight into what it means to be a celebrity in today’s society.

The fashion world was quick to respond to Robert’s selection of fashion choices, with many rushing to post their congratulations on social media. In a rare moment of candidness, the actor responded with a few choice words of his own, stating that his favorite designers are Christian Dior and Burberry. He also revealed that he frequently receives gifts from famous fashion houses, and that he’s particularly fond of the Dior sunglasses he wears in the first film as well as the Chanel handbags.

The Musicianship

Though the role of Scott Spencer in The Rover will undoubtedly be his breakout role, it’s the versatile actor’s previous filmography that gives us a glimpse into his musical talent. He portrayed a range of characters with different musical tastes, from blues to classical, and showed off his impressive musicianship.

The film Begin Again, for example, saw him portray a young aspiring musician, while The Great Gatsby showcased his aptitude for jazz. It seems that the Englishman is truly capable of playing any instrument, as he proved when he taught himself to play the drums and guitar, giving him a unique perspective on both music and fashion.

The Twilight Saga is arguably his magnum opus, as he portrayed the teenage vampire in all of its incarnations. The highly anticipated film will be released on June 20th, with many fans eagerly awaiting the chance to see Edward grow as a person and a vampire as he battles to save his family and loved ones. What we know about the making of the saga so far indicates that this will indeed be a transformative experience for the actor.

The Gentleman

There’s often a fine line between fashion and practicality. For those who live in the city, everyday attire can become quite complicated, as one must juggle work attire with evening wear. The actor’s chosen lifestyle provides a glimpse into his unfettered bachelorhood, with the photographer capturing him in a range of relaxed yet elegant poses.

The images see the charming Englishman in a range of classic looks, from a lovely floral print shirt and tie set to a polka-dot dress, all worn with blazer and pocket square. The collection of individual items are complimented by a beautifully composed group shot, in which the actor is framed by his reflection in the mirror, his eyes meeting ours as he watches himself sleep.
