We had the wonderful chance to sit down with Fanny Maaro and ask her about her new life with superstar Robert Pattinson. The couple was married on Saturday, August 18th in a private ceremony in Italy. We caught up with Fanny a few days after the wedding to get her thoughts on the big day and the new family she created. What Were Your Favorite Memorable Moments From The Wedding?

There were so many amazing moments that it’s hard to pick just a few! I loved getting ready in the hotel’s infinity-edge pool. I also loved taking our vows on a sunset cruise along the Venice lagoon. And best of all, I loved performing my first Irish dance with my husband!

How Has Life Changed For You Since You Met Robert Pattinson?

I’ve been utterly transformed! When I first met Robert in 2008, I had just ended a four-year engagement to be with Thomas, the love of my life. Within a few months of meeting Robert, I felt like I’d known him forever. We really did hit it off and had such a natural connection. It was like we’d been friends our entire lives!

I feel so blessed to have found my other half. When we first began dating, he was so sweet to me. He always had my interest at heart, and I feel like I’ve known him my whole life. He’s such a great partner to have on my team, and I’m so proud to be his wife!

Our relationship has changed how I see the world. We’ve had to adjust how we interact with other people. For example, before we met, I’d always been a very private person. I didn’t like to go out and have fun because I didn’t want people to think I was having fun when I was actually having a bad day. Now that I’m with Robert, I’ll have fun even if I’m having a bad day because he makes me feel like I’m the only person in the world. I love that about him!

Has Life Changed Forever For You Since You’re Now A Stepmother To His Children?

I feel like I’ve been given a second chance at life. Being a stepmother has been the greatest challenge, but also the greatest joy. Ever since I’ve met Robert’s children, Charlie and Amelie, they’ve made me a part of their lives. The girls are so sweet, and I’ve come to adore them. Being a parent has been the greatest gift!

When I first heard that Robert was getting married, I was worried about how the kids would take the news. I mean, they’ve known about us for a while, and they’ve seen us together at family gatherings. But when Charlie and Amelie walked me down the aisle on Saturday, it was as if they had never known anyone else. They were so happy to see me, and they gave me such a sweet smile. It was the most beautiful moment!

The kids have changed the way I see the world. When I met them, all they wanted to do was play with my hair. Now, they’re old enough to understand what’s going on, and they’ve become truly independent. But the best part about them is how happy they make me. I love watching them grow up and become their own little adults. It’s a role I never thought I’d play, but somehow it feels right!

Have You Learned Anything About Wedding Etiquette That You Will Follow Through Your Whole Married Life?

I learned a lot about wedding etiquette, especially since I’m a stepmother! I learned that it’s rude to throw rice at the ceremony, and it’s rude to be late to a wedding. I’ll be sure to remember those rules!

Another thing I’ve learned is that when a couple gets married, everyone has to wear a wedding smile. It makes you look like a much happier and freer person. I’ll be sure to pass this piece of wisdom on to my future spouses!

I’d advise future brides and grooms to enjoy life, laugh a lot, and make sure that everyone feels welcome. Remember: your guests are there because they want to be!

What Is The Most Romantic Thing You Could Find In Your Wedding Gift?

For me, the most romantic thing I could find in my wedding gift would be a letter from my husband. It would be a simple, sweet gesture that would mean so much to me. So, if you’re writing the letter, don’t forget to include all of your husband’s beautiful quotes and tell me everything about what you want for the letter. I’ll make sure it comes straight from the heart!

Another romantic thing you could find are personalised books. I love getting personalised books as presents because it’s such an original and thoughtful gesture. It shows that the person you’re gifting it to has really thought about you.

Weddings Are A Lot Of Work! What Is Your Pre-Wedding Routine To Ensure You’re Prepared For The Big Day?

Pre-wedding preparations are a lot of work, but they’re so worth it! I try to get everything done a few weeks before the big day. This makes sure that I’m on time and that everything is ready. On the day of the wedding, you want to be sure that everything is perfect!

A few weeks before the wedding, I start making regular trips to the hair and makeup artist to get my hair and makeup done. I like to go for a look that’s fairly easy to recreate on the day of the wedding. This way, I’m not rushed on the day of the wedding and can take my time taking pictures. After the wedding, we like to have some quiet time before the reception. This way, we can take a breather and enjoy our big day without having to rush to get everything done.

Another thing you could do is hire an wedding planner who can take care of everything for you. They will help you to choose a venue, book the band, and put together a programme for the day. Having someone to rely on makes everything so much easier!

More On The Wedding Venue: Choosing The Right Location

When you’re picking a wedding venue, you have to consider the size of your guest list, the location itself, and how much it costs. Do some research and read reviews before making your decision. Once you’ve found the perfect location, you can start making calls to confirm your reservations.

If you’re looking for an alternative, why not consider holding the wedding at one of the UK’s most iconic hotels? With a renowned ballroom, a spectacular view of the London skyline, and fantastic service, you can’t go wrong.

Other popular wedding venues include famous golf courses, country estates, and botanical gardens. For something more modern and trendy, look no further than one of London’s newest luxury hotels!

If you want a truly unique experience, why not consider an indoor or outdoor wedding at a vineyard? Not only will you be incorporating the beauty of the vine into your ceremony, but you’ll also be creating a memorable dining experience for your guests.

What Are Your Favorite Snacks Or Drinks To Have At Your Wedding?

For the guests at our wedding, we had a wedding cake smash and an open bar with snacks and drinks available. It was such a beautiful way to end the meal and have everyone join in on the fun! We also had a photographer record every drink and snack for us to enjoy at home.

A huge hit at our wedding was the hog roast stand. This is where we had a professional chef come and prepare a whole pig for us to serve ourselves. It was such a thoughtful gift and came with all the trimmings – bruschetta, potato salad, and green salad. We had lots of plates, lots of forks, and lots of napkins. All our guests were so impressed that we’d thought of this!

Anything You Would Like To Add?

I’d like to add that weddings are such a memorable day for a couple, their families, and their guests. They’re such a joy to plan and so much fun to celebrate! As a bride, it’s your job to make sure everything is perfect, and that’s what I’m sure you’ll do.
