Pattinson’s acting career has largely been overshadowed by his boy band fame. He rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the band ‘The Wanted’ in the UK before moving to Hollywood. In the U.S., he eventually landed a role in the British series, ‘Gossip Girl,’ followed by leads in the films ‘Water for Elephants’ and ‘The Twilight Saga,’ and the TV shows ‘Nashville’ and ‘Rome.’
On the other hand, Katy Perry rose to fame as a songwriter and performer in the group ‘The Perry Twins,’ before going on to establish herself as a solo artist. She released her debut single, ‘I Kissed A Girl,’ in 2010, and went on to score platinum albums in Australia, the UK, and the U.S. She’s also starred in the films ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ and its 2015 sequel. Most recently, she collaborated with Taylor Swift on a song for her Reputation album.
The two are certainly an unlikely fashion and celebrity couple. Perry is known for her high-profile fashion choices, ranging from full-length gowns and colorful hairstyles to fishnet tights and stiletto heels. Among her trademarks are heavy use of accessories and sheer fabrics. In fact, her outfits are such a significant part of her appeal that she’s been dubbed the “Queen of Shock Value.”
Pattinson, on the other hand, is known for his grungy, sometimes-raw-looking style. His interest in fashion comes from his love for music and the underground scene; he wears his love for fashion on his sleeve, as the symbolism of the bands and styles he embraces are often connected to anti-establishment or counter-culture messages.

The year 2019 was a big one for ‘Twilight’ fans.
