What they may not know is that he owns a penthouse apartment in New York City and we’re curious as to where he lives.
Penthouse Hotel
You may know that the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City is officially listed as a ‘penthouse’ hotel, which provides residents and guests with unrivalled city and skyline views. In addition to boasting a private indoor pool, residents can enjoy a health club, private screening room, concierge services, and more.
In the latest issue of Vanity Fair, it’s revealed that Pattinson now resides in the same building. The actor has reportedly purchased a two-bedroom apartment on the top floor, which includes a small living room, a spacious bedroom with a private terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge space, certainly not RICOHIA sized, but it’s more than adequate for the life of a busy chap.
Delivery Guy
We couldn’t help but be reminded of the iconic ‘delivery guy’ scene from the 2005 comedy film, Wedding Crashers. It’s a funny scene because John Cusack’s character, Bojack Horseman, is having a hard time convincing the pizza guy to deliver his ‘grand opening special’ to his guests. It’s a ‘slice of life in New York City’ type of scene that will make you laugh but it also speaks volumes about Bojack’s character. He’s a bit of a stuffed shirt and he doesn’t believe in breaking rules. In this case, the rule is that you don’t order more than four pieces of pizza. This is a man who doesn’t want to go against convention and certainly doesn’t want to seem like a ‘bad guy’. It’s interesting that in such a unique and eclectic city, the most important thing for residents is safety and security. This is most likely due to the high number of tourists that visit New York City each year. What we have here is a man who doesn’t want to be associated with bad habits and questionable customs and he sees the pizza delivery guy as a way of breaking with his past. It’s a very Bojack Horseman moment in New York City.
Home Away From Home
Aside from luxury accommodation, what else does Pattinson do in his spare time? He reportedly spends his time in New York City either at home or working on his tan. He doesn’t seem to get out much and when he does, he goes to trendy spots like Park Avenue and Sixty-Sixth Street, where he probably orders coffee and ice cream. It would be interesting to know what he thinks of the city he now calls home. He’s made a lot of changes since moving here, presumably because he wants to fit in with the masses, as he puts it. He’s become a regular at church socials and even went to a wedding in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in July 2019. The only downside is that he doesn’t get to see his friends as much as he would like. He hasn’t settled into a routine yet and often spends the night at the homes of friends and colleagues. It’s not that he doesn’t want to be there, he just needs his space and privacy. After all, who wouldn’t want to live in a beautiful apartment in the city that never sleeps? He may not always get his way, but it seems that New York City has played an instrumental role in his life.

When you reach a certain age, your friends start to disappear. It’s the nature of things. You have kids, they have kids, etc. It’s only natural that some friendships are relegated to the scrapbook while others are maintained by necessity. We’re sure she’ll still have fans around the world, even after her retirement, but she’ll be missed in the Australian music scene. It’s no wonder that Kylie has announced her retirement from touring and performing; she wants to spend more time with her family and focus on creating new music.

It’s the standard for which other hotels strive to emulate. He could stay in a hotel like this, but he has other options as well. He could buy an apartment and furnish it with some exquisite pieces. He could invest in high-end furniture, interior design items, and other amenities that the hotel might offer.
Another possibility is to rent a luxury mansion with all the amenities that a five-star hotel offers. There are plenty of these houses for rent in NYC and other popular cities around the world.
