The actor, who owns a villa in Italy, selected an estate car from the ‘50s. The British vehicle was previously used by the royal family and has been passed down through the generations. It is estimated to be worth over £40,000.
The proud new owner could not keep it in the garage as it was a rolling garage sale – he could only keep it in the driveway for a couple of days before having to park it in the garage.
Bizarre but true! The 51-year-old actor has been very private about the impending arrival of his first child with FKA Twigs. However, that has not stopped the press from wondering about his babymoon – or rather not-so-babiesmoon.
Pattinson is not the first celebrity to purchase a vintage car. In fact, we were recently treated to a vintage Ford truck owned by KURT COBAIN (yes, the musician). Even Paris Hilton has bought a classic car – an MGB! Although, her car has been featured in popular culture multiple times, it is still a very private (and expensive) vehicle.
