According to a new report from TMZ, Pattinson is allegedly making a lot of sexual advances towards women. The gossip site reports that he ‘isn’t satisfied with just kissing and cuddling’. In fact, he allegedly told one of the women, “I want to lick every inch of your body, including your toes and your nose.” ‘Licking’ may be too gentle of a term; these claims sound more like an excuse to jack off than anything else!
Too Much Of A Good Thing
While certainly a hunk, it’s not clear whether too much of a good thing is actually a good thing. The media often compares Pattinson to a deity, but perhaps that’s because he is such an attractive human being. The issue is that too much attention can sometimes be more dangerous than beneficial. Just ask any of the celebrities who’ve gotten in trouble for being too cute!
Pattinson could be putting himself in a bit of a pickle. As great as he is, everyone has their limits. The more people who know him, the more opportunities there are for trouble. The photo appeared to show Petit partially clothed while seated on the lap of Pattinson, who was fully clothed at the time. The pair subsequently denied the allegation that they were in a compromising position. Still, the media attention didn’t stop there. In June 2019, the actor was accused of rape by a woman named Grace Davies. Allegedly, Davies was one of the 18 women that Pattinson ‘sadistically’ controlled in a BDSM relationship. Davies later withdrew her allegation, though still maintains that she was under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time.
Pattinson has yet to comment on the new allegation, though he did send a short, cryptic tweet shortly after the first story broke. According to the Daily Mail, which broke the first story, it said, “A major investigation into claims that Hollywood star Robert Pattinson is a sexual predator continues today.” The Mail adds that “hundreds of women” have come forward with their stories, alleging that Pattinson engaged in “predatory acts” and “sexually assaulted” them. They also claim that he blackmailed them into silence with threats of legal action.”
Rumors, Lies, And Speculation
It’s important to put these rumors and allegations in context. The fact is that it’s not always easy to tell whether or not a celebrity is engaging in behavior that’s out of the ordinary. The majority of the time, the answer is probably ‘no’ but, due to social media and the 24-hour news cycle, anything is possible.
