In an interview with “Good Morning America,” Stewart credited her parents with introducing her to a world that she feels she has always belonged to: the world of theater and movies. “I remember when I was three years old, my parents took me to see a Broadway play, and that was such a magical moment for me,” Stewart said, adding that she would “never forget that,” regardless of her successes in the acting world. “Every time I succeed at something, I think of my parents and what they’ve given me.”
