Hey guys, sorry for the late post, I was out of town for a couple of days. Let me quickly run through the major news that I’ve been covering in the past few days. First, the Batman musical movie is being directed by Thomas Newman and is set to be released on June 20, 2021. Second, the Joker is back as a central character in the DC universe and will be portrayed by Joker actor Jack Nicholson. Third, Robert Pattinson is in the running to play Batman in a movie being produced by Warner Bros. Finally, The Batman is set to premiere on October 22, 2021.

Robert Pattinson Is The Top Choice To Play Batman

Pattinson is arguably the biggest movie star in the world at the moment, with a staggering amount of money and influence. Furthermore, he’s managed to avoid the pressures and invasions of fame that have plagued many of his peers. Additionally, his choice to play Batman makes complete sense. First, he’s already familiar with acting and has proven himself to be an exceptional dramatic actor; perfect for playing a superhero. Second, he’s worked with legendary directors and actors, learning from their collective experiences; making him an even stronger candidate.

Now, let’s take a look at why Robert Pattinson is the top choice to play Batman:

1. Familiarity With Acting

This point goes without saying. As I’ve said above, Pattinson is an exceptional actor and has proven himself capable of handling anything that comes his way. Furthermore, he’s worked with some of the greatest directors and producers in the game, honing his craft and gaining invaluable experience. Additionally, he’s managed to stay grounded and humble, not allowing himself to get too wrapped up in celebrity or wealth. Finally, acting is a side of life that he evidently loves and is willing to explore further.

2. Has Worked With Great Directors

This point also goes without saying. As I’ve said above, Pattinson has worked with some of the greatest directors in the game, learning from their collective experiences and growing as a person and an actor. Furthermore, he’s continued to work with these directors throughout his entire acting career. In fact, if you put these directors’ names in the search bar of this site, you’ll see that they are all connected to each other and worked together on multiple films.

There’s an expression that says “familiarity breeds contempt”. Well, in this case, familiarity really does. The more you know about something, the more you appreciate it. For example, I have a lot of experience with cars. I know what all of the different parts do and how they work together. As a result, I respect automobiles more than I used to. I’ve driven some of the greatest cars ever made and have gotten to know their ins and outs. On the other hand, I’ve never really paid much attention to military history until recently. I mean, I knew about World War II and all of its major events, but I didn’t really know much about the individuals who fought in it. As a result, I didn’t appreciate the significance of the war until I started researching more about it. That’s what familiarity does. It makes you more appreciative of the things you already know about and more open to discovering new things about them.

The above paragraph is a perfect example of how working with different directors has helped Pattinson grow as an actor. He began his career with relatively unknown British directors who were eager to explore the dark and twisted sides of human nature. Since then, he’s worked with a number of acclaimed American directors, expanding his range and giving him the opportunity to display different sides of himself.

3. Has A Dark And Twisted Side

This point also goes without saying. As I’ve said above, Pattinson has worked with a number of prestigious directors who were able to show him the dark and twisted sides of human nature. Furthermore, he’s embraced his inner-most darkness, displaying a particularly intense and brooding quality that makes him a perfect fit for the role of Batman.

It’s important to note that although Jack Nicholson is playing the Joker, it’s still Robert Pattinson who is best suited for the role of Batman. As I’ve mentioned above, it’s well-known that Nicholson is a legend among comedians and pranksters for his impersonation of Jack Torrance, the insane caretaker from the Shining. Furthermore, he’s an exceptional actor who can pull off any role he takes on. Nonetheless, it’s still Pattinson who embodies all of the traits that make up the iconic Batman: gruff, yet caring; intimidating, yet approachable; and above all, intelligent.

In my opinion, it’s safe to say that without a doubt, Warner Bros. has cast the perfect man to play Batman. And not just because he’s perfect for the role. The studio could’ve gone either way with this one. They could’ve cast an actor who’s already played a superhero before or they could’ve taken a chance on an unknown. Well, they picked the latter, and it’s turned out to be one of the best casting decisions ever. Robert Pattinson is a living legend and will become even more so once the Batman movie premieres. I can’t think of a better choice for the role.

4. Has Experience In Different Genres

Finally, let’s discuss the sheer versatility of Robert Pattinson. As I’ve said above, he’s worked with some of the greatest directors in the game, displaying a range that covers both serious and comical roles. Furthermore, he’s proven himself to be a confident, if not particularly innovative, actor. Additionally, he’s managed to stay busy and constantly working, which is arguably the most important thing for an actor. Still, it’s important to note that he does enjoy a break now and then. For example, a couple of years back, he took a very long break from acting and devoted himself to his health and fitness. He’s also appeared in a variety of TV shows, including a popular sitcom. Still, he’s best known for his work in films and consistently appears in well-regarded films. Overall, he’s proven himself to be a complete actor, skilled in dramatic, comedic, and action roles.

Nowadays, filmmakers and studios look for actors who can play multiple roles. Being able to play a variety of characters is what sets an actor apart from others. It’s not only about possessing the acting skills or the ability to portray different characters. It’s about being able to play various characters with ease. In that way, it’s similar to playing the piano. You may not become an expert piano player overnight, but by consistently working at it, or in this case, acting, you will gain the ability to play music better than most people. Overall, versatility is very important in showing other characters’ qualities and distinguishing yourself from other actors; which is why, in my opinion, Robert Pattinson is the perfect choice to play the role of Batman.
