The scandals that surrounded their previous relationships didn’t end with their split from Bella Swan. Back in 2010, Stewart was involved in a serious car accident that nearly killed her. The following year she checked into a Paris hospital for anxiety and depression after cheating on Pattinson with her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. (Yes, that one.) Since then she’s been quite vocal about not wanting to be in a relationship, and instead wants to focus on her career. Although Stewart has had several boyfriends and slept with several other men, she always mentions Pattinson when asked about her previous relationships. In a 2014 interview Stewart stated, “I kind of always talk about my exes in interviews as an example of what not to do. Like, don’t do this. But I also kind of always talk about my exes in interviews as an example of what not to do… Don’t cheat on your fiancee. Don’t do that. Don’t do anything that might make Bella angry.” It seems that Stewart, who is Catholic, believes that Catholics should not have sex before marriage, and that cheating on your partner is a bad idea. So it’s safe to assume that even if she isn’t quite ready to admit it, she still has feelings for Pattinson.
