The actress’ representative has released a statement saying, “FKA Twigs is unavailable for comment at this time as she is not available for public appearances.”
The representative also added, “She would like to thank everyone for their support. She is looking forward to a restful vacation with her family.”
Pattinson’s rep issued a similarly worded statement, saying, “We’re not in a position to make any statement at this time. Robert has been traveling and taking time off work to be with his family. It was his decision to take some time away and we support him 100 percent in that.”
Why Are They Together?
While we can’t confirm or deny any rumors about their relationship, we can say with certainty that the pair have been spending a lot of time together. Most recently, they were spotted dining at a luxury restaurant in Los Angeles. On July 27, 2019, Twigs was photographed arriving at LAX with Pattinson, who was traveling with their kids. On August 1, 2019, they were once again spotted together, dining at a nearby upscale restaurant. They were also seen holding hands as they walked down the street outside the restaurant.
In other photos from their outings together, they are seen walking, riding bikes, and dancing. It’s evident that they have a strong bond and are enjoying each other’s company. And, no, they’re not afraid to show it. In November 2019, the “Twigs” actress posed for a romantic photo at a Parisian café with a rose in her lap as a sign of affection for her loved one.
Will They Get Married?
On February 10, 2020, Twigs’ representative confirmed that the actress has ended her engagement to actor Eric Johnson. However, they did not provide any further details. According to E! News, the couple first met on the set of Pattinson’s 2018 movie, “Twilight,” and had been dating for a few months before they revealed their engagement. (They first played music together on set.)
The actor has a daughter, Bella, with ex-wife Rosie, who is a producer on “Twilight.” It is possible that he is hoping to recoup some of the fatherhood costs by being a groomsman in Twigs’ wedding. (Rosie also produced Pattinson’s 2010 movie, “Water for Elephants.”)
Pattinson and Twigs’ relationship has been a roller coaster of events that began with rumors of an impending engagement in early 2019 and have since seemingly stalled. We’ll have to see how their lives change now that they are on the cusp of a divorce. However, if their outings are any indication, they are determined to spend the rest of their lives together.
