While we are on the topic of Hollywood romances, let’s take a look at another interesting connection. Remember Dua Lipa from a few years back when she had that string of hit songs? She was a mainstream pop singer at the time, and the year before she’d even graced us with her presence in the Grand Tour by Taylor Swift!
Well, if you listen to pop circles, Dua was the most famous person in the world back then. Her music was everywhere, and she was constantly in the headlines. But pop stardom doesn’t last forever – even for the most successful singers – and before long, she found herself struggling to make ends meet.
This is when you might remember that she’d been dating a rather famous Englishman at the time, and it was well-publicized that their relationship was on the rocks. Rumors about Dua and her famous ex went public, and she found herself in the middle of an embarrassing media circus. Finally, Dua and Roberptson called it quits, and she went on to start a new life with her childhood sweetheart, Adele’s real-life fiance, Amir, whom she married in 2018.
Now, it seems like Adele might be trying to shake off the heartbreak and regret of their split by doing something new. On Wednesday, the singer revealed that she’d begun work on a new album with producer Mark Ronson. The news came just hours after the release of a new single, “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)”, which also happens to be the name of Ronson’s latest project.
“I’ve been in the studio with @markrononson working on my new album. It’s going to be a classic,” Adele wrote on her Twitter account. A day later, she followed up with a second tweet: “I’ve also been given the opportunity to collaborate with some of the greatest female artists in the world, so the album is going to be amazing.”
This wouldn’t be the first time that Adele had collaborated with a female artist on a song. In 2017, she released “Million Years”, a collaboration with American singer-rapper Cardi B. The song was the first single released off of Adele’s album, “Sober”, and the pair also collaborated on the song “Love Somebody”, which they performed at the 2018 Grammys.
So, what does this all mean for Dua Lipa and her fans? It means that even though she’s been away from the music scene for a while, she’s certainly not forgotten about her former fans. In fact, it sounds like she’s still got a lot to say, and she’s finally found a way to say it. Whether you love her music or not, there’s no denying that Dua Lipa has a lot to offer. She’s proven that time and time again, and it seems like it’s not over yet.
For her part, Dua seems happy that her fans want to hear from her. “I’ve been trying to keep my Twitter open to new people so that they can hear my new songs, but it’s mainly been filled with people saying, ‘I love your music.’ And I love their music, too!” she said in an interview. “It means a lot that people are still supporting me, even though I haven’t made music for a while. It means a lot that people still think I’m capable of doing something great.”
As for Robert Pattinson, well, he’s never truly been far from our thoughts. With his tousled hair and dashing good looks, it’s hard to not think of the Twilight superstar whenever we think of the English rose. And it seems like we’re not the only ones. In the weeks and days leading up to the 2019 Academy Awards, fans and curious viewers have been lining up to see if Pattinson would show up to his hosting gig and surprise Beyoncé with a kiss. And he didn’t disappoint, surprising fans and viewers alike with a passionate kiss with Taylor Swift before the awards show even began.
So, has Robert Pattinson finally found his queen? Will he and Taylor become popularly known as “the most famous couple in the world”?
It appears that they have something special. Even if you don’t care about the movie or the books, you have to admit that these two are completely irresistible. Whether they choose to admit it or not, the two seem incredibly comfortable with and passionate about each other. Who knows? Maybe they will be known as “the most famous couple in the world” after all.
