Before he was married to Emily Blunt or became a father, Robert Pattinson was already a trained actor. He attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, where he learned to work out and build his body. According to the “Skins” star, he followed a rigorous workout routine, which he continues to this day. The routine consisted of running three to four days a week and weight training on the other two days. He also did a lot of cardio work, such as riding a bike or swimming. In addition to his workout routine, Pattinson also followed a strict diet, limiting himself to only what he needed to survive. As he puts it, “I never eat to bulk, I always eat to maintain.” In fact, when he was in high school, he weighed only 57 pounds and was 5 feet tall. It would be a mistake to think that simply because Robert Pattinson is famous that he has to work out just to maintain his image. Because of his enviable figure, he wasn’t shy about showing off his toned physique in films. And he still does this days, even though he’s much older and his role allows him to be more covered up. When it comes to sleep, the British actor follows a fairly standard routine. He gets up at around noon and spends about two hours moving around before he goes to sleep. After working several night shifts, he sleeps for about eight hours and then gets up again. So, although he might not get a full nine hours of sleep, his body is certainly in shape enough to function without problems for 12 hours. So, while his schedule might be hectic, he does know how to take a break when he needs to and sleeps well enough for his work to not be affected. This is certainly not a bad thing for an aging star. He might not always get the eight hours of sleep that most people get, but he makes up for it with his workout sessions and diet.
What Is His Philosophy On Life?
When it comes to life in general, the “Skins” star has a very strong and distinct philosophy. He believes in looking after your body and mind, which means he tries to stay fit and healthy. Furthermore, he also practices yoga and meditation, which he says help him to stay centered and focused. In fact, he credits his mental and physical health to these practices. Finally, the English actor also believes that you should appreciate what you have because you never know when your time could come. So, it’s not about wasting time, it’s about making the most of it.
