In early October, the actress confirmed that she had asked Pattinson to marry her. She also revealed that she had planned to propose during a walk on a beach with her dog, Bruno.
The location of their engagement was also announced. It was revealed that Stewart and Pattinson would wed at New York City’s Town Hall, with family and friends attending the wedding. The two have also chosen to forego a traditional wedding gift, instead asking guests to bring a plant as a sign of their commitment to one another.
