Rumors have been swirling around for a while now that Robert Pattinson might be dating someone new. The 27-year-old actor has been keeping quiet about his love life since splitting from girlfriend Katy Perry back in 2014. However, all that changed when the two were photographed together in Italy in March.
The photos, which were taken by Italian paparazzi Giuseppe Ferrara and are reported to have been shot just a few days before, show a very affectionate couple. The bespoke suits that both wore in the pictures are a clear indication of how serious things might be between the two. While it would be nice to see Katherine back in his life, it seems that Pattinson has moved on and is now dating someone new.
The Most Recent Photos Of The Romantic Duo
Since then, it appears that the couple have been keeping in touch through social media. In January, the actor was seen posting a picture of himself with his arm around a woman who was later identified as music producer Tameka Agrawal. Agrawal is the founder of the record label HeadSpace and a DJ and artist manager whose clients include artists such as Travis Scott and Cardi B. She also has a successful clothing line, THINX, with Victoria Beckham, and she designed Pattinson’s bachelor party dress.
The two were also spotted together in London at the end of March. While there, Pattinson was seen holding hands with a mystery woman as they soaked in a bathtub. The next day, he was also spotted with a large group of friends who were carrying beers and bottles as they walked through the city. It was only a matter of time before the press got wind of the story and started dubbing him “Britain’s next bachelor” (the Sun).
How Long Has This Been Going On?
As noted, gossip surrounding the “London bachelor” began almost immediately. More photos of Pattinson were then published by British tabloids, which revealed the actor in a romantic embrace with another woman. This led to speculation that he might be engaged or at least committed to the person he was with in the photos. However, the tabloids were careful to add that he was still dating Perry, and neither had confirmed the story. But, as we know, gossip doesn’t need confirmation from the media.
Robert Pattinson In A League Of His Own
Pattinson went on to deny the engagement rumors while denying that he had broken up with Perry. In an interview with Digital Spy, he said:
“It’s totally bullshit. I would never break up with Katy. She’s an amazing person and one of the most supportive women I know. We have a great relationship and whatever people say, we never got involved in an on-off relationship. It was more of an on-and-off friendship,” he said.
He also addressed those who questioned his commitment to the relationship, noting:
“I love Katy, and I always will. I don’t know why people are saying those things, but they’re probably just jealous. She’s an amazing person, and she always has been. It was never about the other person.”
Pattinson’s publicists at OneOmatic have also issued a statement denying that their client had ended his relationship with Perry. “Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson are still a couple and have been for a while now,” the statement said. “They continue to be close friends and love each other very much. There are no plans for either of them to be single again. This story is completely untrue.”
While the two continue to be close, Perry has made it known that she is not ready to make her relationship with Pattinson official. She previously told Elle magazine:
“We’ve been through so much together, and it’s opened my eyes to new things. I feel like we’re stronger as a result of it all. I definitely see myself staying with him forever. We’ve been through a lot, and it’s made us closer as a result.”

Some also wondered if Beckham, who is Robert Pattinson’s manager as well as being an accomplished fashion designer, would end up playing a role in his potential bachelorhood. After all, with an estimated net worth of over $500 million, he could afford to help support his friend financially. But, according to a source, Beckham has no interest in playing a role in Pattinson’s upcoming bachelorhood. The two have been close friends for a few years now, and Beckham even went on a date with the “London bachelor” last year.
“David is very happy for his friend and totally supportive of whatever choices he makes in life. But he has no interest in taking on a role in Robert’s bachelorhood,” the insider said. “To be fair to David, he has other priorities with the English Premier League and the team he manages. But they all know how much he loves the U.K, and he would do anything to be back living his life in London.”
While Beckham does not appear to have stepped up to the plate as a suitor, he has been very public in his support of his friend. At the end of last year, he tweeted:
“Happy to hear that @EP_Robert is happy. Really happy for him. Wishing him all the best in the future x.”
While it’s been reported that both men are seeking a mature relationship, they are still very much enamored of the opposite sex. As a result, whether or not they’ll end up tying the knot is yet to be determined. But, if they do, it will undoubtedly be an expensive, high-profile wedding.
