ROBERT PATTINSON is currently on tour promoting his new album, GREATEST HITS. The album features songs that span his entire career. The first single “Too Good at Goodbyes” was released a month ago, and has already peaked at number 2 on the U.S. Billboard Top 100. The album will be released on November 30 and the title track “Greatest Hits” will be available for download in the lead-up to the album’s release. SCHEDULE
The singer-songwriter and actor is currently on tour across North America. The first show of his 2019 tour is on January 12th in San Francisco, and wraps up in Los Angeles on January 27th. After that, he’ll head to Canada for shows in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal before heading home to Europe for a run of festivals in the spring and summer. He returns to North America in the fall for more shows.
Pattinson announced the “Greatest Hits” tour last September, shortly after releasing his latest album “Dangerous and Delicious”. The tour will feature 22 shows in total, with one-off appearances in Toronto and Montreal as well as festivals like Voodoo Experience and the Isle of Wight Festival.
2019 TOUR DATES
The dates for the “Greatest Hits” tour were recently announced, and the tour will bring Pattinson to North America, Europe and Oceania in early 2020. The tour will kick off in San Francisco on January 12th and will wrap up in Los Angeles on January 27th. He’ll then move on to Canada for a total of 22 shows before heading back to Europe for festivals in the summer. The final shows will come in the U.S., with Pattinson returning to the bay area for the majority of his shows. He hasn’t announced any other major concert appearances in the near future.
UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
PATTINSON will also perform at several high-profile festivals and venues in the coming months. In North America, he’ll play Coachella on April 15th and 17th and on May 31st he’ll close out the San Francisco Bay Area’s Outside Lands Festival. The second half of the year sees Pattinson performing at several festivals in Europe, including Portugal’s Gramado Festival on June 8th, Hungary’s Sziget Festival on August 1st and the Oslo Global Music Festival on September 22nd.
NEW ALBUM
Apart from performing and promoting his new album, the singer has also been keeping busy on Twitter, where he’s been sharing behind-the-scenes photos from the new album’s recording sessions. On November 28th, 2019, he shared a photo of him in the studio with the album’s producer Greg Kurstin, who also co-wrote several tracks with Pattinson. The album includes several songs that were previously released as singles, like “Too Good at Goodbyes” and “My Own Eyes”, as well as five new tracks. The album was mixed by Kurstin and Nikkas Fatouros and mastered by Steve Fallone. A deluxe version of GREATEST HITS will come with an additional DVD featuring behind-the-scenes footage, live and rehearsal performances and interview clips with the musician.
