Robert Pattinson Confirms Kristen Stewart Rumors? Doubt It!
The Sun is claiming that Robert Pattinson confirms that he’s dating Kristen Stewart. I call b*llshit. It doesn’t even sound like him!

Pattinson, 23, who has previously been intensely sercretive about his private life, confessed that they were an item at a dinner held after the Baftas on Sunday.
The pair had arrived separately and didn’t sit together during the ceremony at the Royal Opera House, even though Miss Stewart, 19, won the Orange Rising Star award.
Pattinson told The Sun: “It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes. We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy.
“This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple but it’s impossible. We are here together and it’s a public event but it’s not easy. We have to do all this stuff to avoid attention.”
Miss Stewart arrived at the Baftas afterparty with six bodyguards, outnumbering even Prince William.

I would say this is true since they left together. I hope so, for they make a great couple.
They were seen at the after party together & perhaps he had to many beers they def left together in same car.
It could be true. I don’t know anymore… it seems like something he could say… and who knows who he talks to at these things!?.. did he know he was talking to someone from the SUN…. maybe he just said to get it out of the way… but they certainly left together.. and for someone to leave a part just before midnight.. (apparently BEFORE the food arrived).. only to have to be on set at 6am, the following morning I can only now think they wanted some time together.. OR he just dropped her back to her hotel and then went to his!?..
Who knows? I still love this guy.. and really not bothered who he dates as long as he can always be himself… it isn’t like him to be secretive…

The Sun is the trashy Newspaper in Britain, second only to the Daily Star. I seriously doubt he has spent two years saying nothing to then confirm it too a tabloid newspaper.
The fans go crazy whether they are together or individual. I don’t think Rob is niave enough to think that makes an ounce of a difference whether they arrive together or not.
I don’t know what to think anymore but have to agree with you, Lisa. I highly doubt he’d speak to a tabloid about his relationship with Kristen. Somehow I see them sitting on Oprah’s couch if they were to come out as a couple, lol.
I don’t think they’d be that obvious. I think it would just come out in something like the suggested article.. Yes. The Sun is a trashy newspaper but it does report a lot of truths.. which you only hear about years later… It could be that Rob mentioned it to ’someone’.. he must know plenty of people.. maybe he was even misquoted.. He may have only said the part about arriving together!.. and how difficult it is to be around each other with all the speculation..
but for me.. now.. after New year.. and leaving the BAFTAs together.. I am kind of going for the couple thing.. will never use the STEN ROB word.. hate it..but seriously. who else in their lives is going through quite the same mayhem?… even if they aren’t dating as such I am sure they spend a lot of time together… casual relationships you know!.
I believe that The Sun is Britain’s equivalent to The National Enquirer. Full of trash, but then sometimes they do get the info right. They were the first ones to find out about Tiger Wood’s indescretions. The majority is crap, but sometimes they do get it right. Who knows about Rob? Whatever. As long as he doesn’t hook up with the likes of Paris Hilton, I’m good.

I will say this, if they aren’t dating, it seems they’d be more adament in their denial of a relationship. Instead, they constantly skirt around the issue, choosing instead just not to answer questions. And I don’t know if it’s me or not, but they always seem more nervous than annoyed when people ask them about their relationship.

I think all this its publicity for the movie Twilight, like you said Emma. they don’t want to lose money if they ever said they are not together, because the fans will be disapointed. You will see after Breaking Dawn everything will come clear. We will know the truth then. It’s all media crap to make money. That sucks probably for them to not be able to live their personal lives weither together or not. They have to pretend to be together but at the same time not too much. all for publicity.

If they are in a relationship and if they are going to come out about it they will do so with a nice magazine or newspaper or will just show up on the red carpet holding hands etc. It won’t be officially announced in a trashy or even questionable publication. Plus if it really is true that they are together and are considering making it public I bet they will announce it around the release of a twilight film for extra publicity or after the whole thing is over so there is less craziness. That is unless they get caught and good pictures are taken to prove it.
Kizzie, I so agree with you! I am beyond caring as well. It’s just gotten to the point of being ridiculous at this point. As far as Michael goes, I really am surprised that he hasn’t come forward and said anything. I mean, when Twilight first came out all you heard about was that Rob had a major crush on Kristen and there were speculations that they were together. I didn’t really believe any of it because I’d seen so many pictures of Michael and Kristen together (holding hands, in Vancouver hanging out with other members of the Twilight cast, etc.). Michael dealt with the rumors fabulously with grace and maturity, therefore it must have been a major blow when (and if) Rob and Kristen actually hooked up. If I had been in Michael’s situation, I would have immediately thought that she had been cheating. That would make me angry enough to say some pretty lousy stuff about them in retaliation. But, he hasn’t said one word. Why is that?
Personally, I’m more intrigued with the reason behind all the secrecy than I am with the actual possibility of them being together. I seriously could care less whether they are dating or not. But, it’s driving me crazy wondering why they just don’t come out with it. Just say either “yes, we are an item” or “no, we are only friends.” That’s all I want. I’m really not asking for much. Why aren’t they confirming or denying?!?!

The problem is Emma.. that before the New Moon promotions and they suddenly became tight lipped they had continuously stated they were only friends.. which makes me think they were doing it for Kristen’s ex… there isn’t anything public about these guys and their private lives.. although to totally contradict myself.. before Michael and Kristen broke up Rob would divulge EVERYTHING about his life to anyone talking to him… and since the split he’s suddenly become rather quiet about it all.. I mean think back to the interview when he laughed about Kristen having a boyfriend with “pft.. I don’t care”.. and laughed. because at THAT time there was nothing going on.. there still might not be anything going on.. they seriously could just be good friends.. but I know when i was 19 or 23 I couldn’t be that close to a seriously hot guy who was totally into me without losing all of my willpower so maybe they are just ‘friends with benefits and lean on each other until the madness subsides.
You’re probably right Kizzie. It’s true that when Twilight first came out, Rob talked about everything! He even said so in an interview when asked to mention something that people don’t already know about him. His answer was that he tells everything about himself and sometimes too much. For awhile now he’s been quite tight lipped. Makes you wonder…has he learned the hard way that giving out too much information can be detrimental to his personal life as well as his career…or has he been told to keep quiet…or as you mentioned before, has he and Kristen decided not to confirm the romance for Michael’s sake.
Why are we doing this to ourselves? Here I am, in my forties (early or late, I’ll never tell!) and I’m wracking my brain out over the supposed relationship of two celebrities that I will more than likely never meet. I’m sure I have better things to do with my time. I just don’t feel like doing them!
I’m in my mid 30’s! Emma.. and Rob is the only celeb I have really been so interested in. I’ve mentioned in older posts that I work in the entertainment industry and have met many celebs.. the majority are so fake it makes me want to throw up… behind closed doors these ‘lovely’ people are bigger divas than you’d believe. Which is why, for me, Rob is so refreshing.. he’s made it SO huge by being himself.. and not following the ‘rules’ of Hollywood that he intrigues me.. and believe me he is a welcome procrastination in my busy life!. I have no guilt.. although certain friends of mine think I am totally obsessed.. maybe I am.. but I enjoy Rob……he is going to be so exciting to watch over the next few years!.

Yes…it HAS to be draining, which is the only reason why I think there is more to this than just Rob and Kris wanting to safeguard their privacy. Otherwise, I think they would have just admitted to it…or not…long ago in order to avoid all this madness. The more I think about it, the more I think they are being told to stay apart. Honestly, the interview with Ryan Seacrest where Rob’s publicist grabbed him and ran when Ryan brought up the whole relationship thing….that really said it all, I think. And poor Rob looked so uncomfortable.
It will be interesting to see what happens when BD starts filming. I wonder if they’ve decided on 1 or 2 films yet. I’d love to see 2 RATED R films, but then again, if it were only 1 film it would mean the both of them could just get on with their careers…and lives.
I don’t really think that Stephenie will allow them to make R rated movies. She was a little upset with the bedroom kiss in Twilight. She thought that it was a little too passionate. I know that in BD they get married and have sex, but if Stephenie has any say, they’ll be a fade out and we won’t see much. I don’t expect a raunchy sex scene, but I wouldn’t mind seeing a little foreplay!

It’s unnecessary.. the way the book hints at the subject is much more fascinating than having every explicit detail shoved in our faces!… .. the kiss in Twilight was great.. BUT.. I thought Edward wasn’t supposed to OPEN his mouth with Bella.. all of that venom on his teeth.. … The only R rated part I can imagine would be the caesarian section.. all of that blood. **The Ryan Seacrest interview was just horrible to watch.. Rob had NO control over anything.. and I do think there is much more to this than just wanting to remain private… as I said before.. it will be after BD and after the hype has died down that Rob will probably mention what all this crazy nonsense was about..
I hope Breaking Dawn is spilt into two films that will allow them to expand a bit with the sensual/sexual stuff and not have to hold back when it comes to the fighting. There is no way the film will be R, it has too many fans under 17 and turn out would be terrible when it comes to families attending. Regardless of Stephanie Meyer it won’t be R, which would be bad for business. I can’t see why she was upset over the kiss in Bella’s bedroom, it was hot but it was sensual not just sexual, since when is a little passion a bad thing. I hope they don’t do some lame fade away when it comes to the honeymoon but I don’t want and would not expect a raunchy sex scene. Apparently that’s what Rob’s other movies are for. I just hope they make two films so they don’t have to skip over things or tone everything down a lot to keep it all PG-13. Whatever happens in the sex scene though it will be within PG-13 confines, but how that stuff cumulates and becomes too much for PG-13 over a film is the tricky part I think. That’s why two films would give them more real estate to spread out the PG-13 elements. Regardless of how Stephanie might protest movies generally have to enhance on what’s in the book, it’s just how the medium is best suited. If their first kiss scene wasn’t so sensual and passionate it would have been a less appealing part of the story on film compared to in the book.
I’m sure she won’t rate it R…wishful thinking on my part. But I don’t think the intimacy between the two of them has to be raunchy in order to be sensual. I would enjoy it if they explored that part of their relationship in the BD films and feel if done properly, it would probably need a rating of R, but that’s just my opinion and I’m sure it will never happen, lol. I saw nothing wrong with their kiss in Twilight. I didn’t realize SM thought it was too much. I mean really, these two are teenagers after all, lol – even if Edward is a vampire!

I’m thinking that it will get a rating of PG-13. Definitely no nudity (although it wouldn’t bother me too much to catch a glimpse of either Rob or Taylor au natural!). Stephenie needs to understand that as much as she would like to keep the movie as close to the book as possible, the higher ups at Summit are going to do what is best for them, which would be to make as much money as they possibly can. They know that the Twilight Saga has a large following of “older” females. I believe that they will eventually begin to cater to our tastes a little more and begin to develop more mature scenes. Scenes that were left to the readers imagination will now be realized on film. I still don’t think that they will go too far though and I’m actually glad. If I want to see raunchy sex, I’ll rent a porn dvd.
Oh, by the way ladies, I have some bad news. Michelle SA won’t be able to join us anymore. Her internet access has been limited at work and she can no longer pull up Rob…Who? Unfortunatley, she does not have internet access at home. She and I actually “met” through this site and have become very friendly. Although we will probably never meet (she’s practically on the other side of the world), we have developed a wonderful e-mail friendship and have found that we have a lot in common besides our devotion to Rob. I couldn’t agree more, Emma. I think the film calls for the inclusion of mature, tastefully done scenes that cater more to the “older” readers of the books, though I’m certain the film will be rated PG-13. I’m anxious to see Eclipse as it seems they’re going to explore B & E intimacy more in that film, as it should be.

As for the sex scene. there isn’t a sex scene in Breaking Dawn… I LOVED the way Stephenie faded out the scene and found Bella waking up with feathers all over the place!… the most sensual scene for me will be the beach.. THAT is where I would love to see something like the movie “THE BEACH”.. or even “little ashes’… water and naked bodies are so erotic.. that could be so beautifully filmed.. his pure white body and her pale body glowing in the moonlight….. I just hope they don’t leave it too long between releasing each movie…
There were no full blown detailed scenes, but B & E were intimate with each other on several occasions where it was implied that was what they were doing. It did leave most of it up to the imagination, but I think some intimacy is in order.
I was dissappointed in all of BD, so I won’t comment on the feathers, lol. I felt SM really did B & E an injustice by taking what should have been a beautiful moment for the both of them and turning it into…well…I really have no words. And don’t get me started on the c-section….

Yeah, I have to agree with Chasing Butterflies. Out of all the books, BD was the most disappointing to me. I just felt like it went too far in certain instances. And don’t get me started on the baby’s name! I understand that Bella wanted to combine both of the grandmother’s name, but when the outcome is so ludicrous, then maybe opt for something else! Renesme! Dear Lord, Stephenie must have been drunk when she came up with that one. Oops, I forgot…she doesn’t drink. Maybe she should have.
With regard to the intimacy, I believe that the movie will need to show a bit. Not too much, but definitely something. Just take the bedroom kissing scene from Twilight and don’t let Edward stop himself. Keep the cameras rolling for about 10 minutes and we’re good to go!

I am in my mid 30, and Robert is the only celebrity I have an interest in. When I saw him in the Ring of Nibelungs/Dark Kingdom-the Dragon King, I kind of liked him. I think he is a breath of fresh air, he is an intelligent actor. I just hope he finds the love of his life, his soul mate, the person who completes him. I want him to be happy. And wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
I am disappointed in the Twilight books. Stephanie should have written the Midnight Sun just after she wrote Twilight. I want to know what Edward was thinking and doing when he was away from Bella. Breaking Dawn was a such a flop. Is Edward mouth fill with venom? There was no way they could have sex during the honeymoon with out french kissing with their tongues making an intricate dance. Is she going to write about Jacob and Renesmee marriage. Jacob needs to be happy too.

Boy, Eagles, you must have taken your bitter pill this morning! Only kidding! I agree with many of your points, but not all. As much as I enjoyed the Twilight books, I honestly think that there really was no need for Midnight Sun at all. It’s just a way of stretching out the popularity of the saga.
Also, when you mentioned that most of the characters are named after friends and family, that is a common occurence with writers. Names have to be chosen anyway, so why not use the names of those you love and care for? Even if the characters have nothing in common with their namesakes, it’s still a nice little shout out to your loved ones. I am also guilty of this. I wrote a novel (still searching for a publishing house) and all my main characters are named after my kids, husband, best friend, brother, etc.

alot of twiilght fans..want them to be a couple because they are cute and lovable in Twilight as Edward and Bella. Alot of twilight fans want it to become reality so the cute couple of Twilight continue to be but the fact is Robert and Kristen are alot different from Edward and Bella. I believe I remember reading somewhere that it is in all of the Twilight cast members contracts that they cannot date each other. This would totally explain why they CANT be open about their romantic relationship and just have to be “friends” until the franchise is finished with all of the movies.
I personally think the whole thing has been fabricated from the beginning…I think that the ‘powers that be’-whether it’s summit, publicists, or whoever-has put this spin on it…sshhh!! Rob n Kris are in a relationship-don’t tell anyone *wink, wink* and then, suddenly-oh, Rob n Kris are kissing n holding hands, blah blah blah *wink, wink* There are millions of pics with the 2 of them, n most of them scream “friendship” to me…if u look at the pics, her body language with him is mildly awkward…many pics of them standing together have her with her legs crossed, which hints at her sub-conscious telling him ‘ur not gettin in here’ (lol)…n in so many recent pics, she is seen with Rob and his best bud, Tom…n it wouldn’t be the first (or even second) time that Tom’s famous g/f would be mistaken as Rob’s…honestly, I just want him to be happy…unfortunately, whatever IS goin on between Rob n Kris isn’t making him happy-am I the only one who notices that in candids of them, he usually isn’t smiling? And I have seen interviews with the 2 of them being kind of rude to each other, and Rob describing their chemistry as being “animosity”. She seems to frustrate him a lot in these interviews…just my observations…
I think Rob has more chemistry with Emilie de Ravin than with Kristen…… he seems to be more relaxed with her as well, and they aren’t even an item!!
