Robert Pattinson Gets Cut Off - Surprise Surprise
During an exclusive EW roundtable in Vancouver Kristen Stewart spoke up on those dreaded rumors about her and co-star Robert Pattinson.
Asked about the endless rumors of her supposed off-screen romance with Pattinson, for instance, Stewart got nicely fired up. “I probably would’ve answered it if people hadn’t made such a big deal about it,” she said. “But I’m not going to give the fiending an answer. I know that people are really funny about ‘Well, you chose to be an actor, why don’t you just f—ing give your whole life away?! Can I have your firstborn child?’”
Pattinson himself, who clearly loathes confrontation, tried to softly interject with philosophical statements about the need for an actor to hold onto his individuality. But Stewart cut him off. “I’ve thought about this a lot,” she said. “There’s no answer that’s not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation: ‘Okay, we are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian.’ I’m just trying to keep something,” she said. “If people started asking me if I was dating Taylor, I’d be like ‘F— off!’ I would answer the exact same way.” Without missing a beat, Pattinson looked at Lautner, promising “Me too.”
I love Rob’s quick witted response at answering ‘me too’…like he would be asked if he and Taylor were dating!! See us Brits do have a funny side! LOL But re the question…good on Kristen for not answering up, its your life hun and as long as you’re happy that the main thing.
Kristen needs to get rid of her potty mouth, it makes for a bad impression of a lady, which I am sure she will claim, who cares. If not for Rob, no one would think twice about Kristen. She wanted to be an actor, and along with that comes stardom. A lot of actors have managed an acting career along with a personal career without going bonkers like she has. She must not be getting enough attention. Kris, start acting like a lady, bet Rob would like you better that way.
I agree she needs to drop the “F” word!. I am surprised her manager, the studio, or one of her handlers has not talked to her about it. Every interview lately she drops the “f bomb” at least once. It makes her sound very ignorant and down right trashy…just my humble opinion:) They dress her up to look so classy and cultured and she opens her dirty little potty mouth and all that goes out the window!
…. because she is still a teenager.. and hasn’t at all grown up yet.. she obviously still thinks using foul language is ‘cool’.. one day she’ll grow up and realise it isn’t.. like the comment about the ’spikes’ on her skirt.. ‘they are bullets you mofo’.. NICE!.. she obviously wore that skirt to get shocks etc.. same as her language!. Whether she likes it or not.. there are cazillions of very impressionable young women heavily influenced by the media and young starlets like her.. she should show her different side of . she should be showing how cool it is to be independent.. and not to follow the crowds.. not to dress like everyone else.. not to follow the bubblegum images… she could do so much good .. but she chooses not to. shame.

I read somewhere that Rob drops the “f” bomb all the time. ( I think LaineyGossip when she sat at a table across from him and could hear the conversation in Cannes.) However, I don’t know if he cleans up his act for his interviews or if he says the words and they just don’t print them to protect him. Because they like him. Because he’s likable.

I’m sure Rob is no stranger to foul language- he’s just well-bred enough to know when to say that stuff.
KS- I find her classless, graceless- just …..without. I do not give her a pass for her age. I raised two children who would have been horror-striken to even think about talking like that in public- let alone to be “interviewed”, with those words in print, associated with them. Do my kids know those words? Yep. Do they use them in the mixed company, in public, in any other place than with their friends, in utter private? Nope. They know better. And, yes, KS can do whatever she wants. It IS her life. Doesn’t mean I have to cheer about it, though.
Sorry. She impresses me not at all. I tried to like her, reallly I have. I just cannot. I do not find her edgy and real. I find her utterly unlikable and unappealing- lacking in talent and simple social graces. If she thinks wearing a snarl, dimissing her fans and Twilight, and talking like a sailor on leave is “cool” and shows maturity - bleah. You can have her.
I cannot wait until I can pick up a magazine and her image is nowhere to be seen.

I hear you Ella. I do like Kristen as an actor, but she really needs to stop the woe is me routine. Live your life, but don’t take your celebirtly out on the public. It’s amazing how she doesn’t realize that she is the common root to most of the problems she is facing. No one told her to open up about her personal life in the first place. She opened that can of worms. As for what she’s going through, I do feel for her but, what can you do. How about bowing out. If she was such a rebel, she would try to get out of her contract, but she’s not because she either doesn’t want to upset the fan base, her co stars, or the studio. She’s a yound adult, and I don’t care what you say she is as lost as most of us were at that age. Do I admire her, no, she’s not a good role model, she has shown me her true self too many times for me to back her behavior up. I think if I met her, she would be an interesting person to get to know, but looking up to her. H**ll no!
I think what gets me about Kristen is her attitude. I have read some of the commits about her that have not been favorable and I saw the video,when someone called her that name, all women hate. I think she is fighting a losing battle. The best way to get to people that dislike you, for whatever reason, is to kill them with kindness. If she is dating Robert, then enjoy him and look at some of the things that you have that many people can only dream about right now. 1. a job, she’s making money, doesn’t have to worry about feeding anyone but herself, and has a place to come home to. 2. She gets to travel to different locations. Although, she may be able to sight see, she at least has been on a plane, gone to different cities. Most people haven’t been out of the town they were born in. 3. She seems healthy, and she does have fans that care about her. 4. She is doing something, she claims, she loves to do, most people are working at a job because they have to.
I can go on and on. She should really reevaluate her attitude, and realize she is very lucky. I am sure there are many people who would love to trade places with her. She should visit a home for runaway teens, about her age, and let them talk tho her about their issues. I am sure her attitude would do a 360.
I can’t imagine what it is like to go through what any of the cast are going through.. especially the two leads.. but I do know that it won’t last.. I mean.. even Brad and Angie get a break now! and they were plastered over every rag!… seriously.. they are all flavour of the moment.. it is up to them and their advisors how to deal with all of this.. a little bit of courtesy goes a long way.. I have heard from a friend of mine who interviewed her that she is just really uncomfortable with the public side of her job.. and was quite funny..just a shame she doesn’t choose to be more like that.. as I said before.. she is a role model whether she likes it or not.. and she has NO choice how young and impressionable minds react to her.. her advisors should be earning their pay checks.. otherwise the dirty talk, smoking and foul attitude will rub off on far too many..many young girls see her as BELLA and not Kristen…she can do what she likes in private.. no-one cares.. but in public and in interviews she really needs to watch herself…

Maybe it’s b/c I’m older, but I have never, ever looked to entertainers to be role models, not even when I was a kid. They are too odd, too wealthy, too out of touch with everyday life, and very rarely do they share my values. Besides, that is NOT their job. Their job is to entertain me, not inspire me. And my kids are the same. They have always been aware of them (How do you miss all that junk plastered in your face every day?)- but actors are certainly not people to whom to look for moral guidance. And if parents sit down and explain that to kids- all the better.
KS has no need to change herself or be a hypocrite or pretend to be popular/nice/charming. She clearly is NONE of those things. Bella Swan she is NOT. And that’s fine. Do your thing. Clearly, she wants people to look at her as some sort of rebel. Whatever. Grace and class are not her thing- fine. I just don’t happen to find her appealing- even as an actress. I truly wish someone else had been cast as Bella- but that didn’t happen.
She has a LOT going for her. Supposedly, she’s been sleeping with Rob for a year (I personally do not believe this, but that fact alone would put a smile on a lot of people’s faces). She has an unreal paycheck and a steady job at 19. She has access to anything she wants. And still- she’s miserable. Yeah, I get that she hates the press and has massive issues talking in public. Let me be the first to say, I would LOVE it if Summit sent Rob, Taylor, Kellan, Ashley, the grip guys, the Craft Services guys, ANYONE ELSE to talk about New Moon, other than her. But, we’re stuck with her as Bella, so we’re stuck with her as Kristen.
I’m just tired of this foul-mouthed, miserable teenager. I LOVE Twilight, all the books, cannot wait for the rest of the movies. But HER, I could do without. I know that upsets people- I should love her, ’cause she’s “Bella” - but I cannot take anymore of this ungrateful kid. Yeah, she can continue being “real”- and I’m gonna continue hoping her 15 minutes will soon be up.
I wonder if she will look back to this time one day, when she is about 30yrs old and cringe for
all the cursing and swearing that came out of her mouth and got printed?? She might think it’s real badass to use such language now, but didn’t anybody teach this girl about diplomacy??

Ella, I could not agree with your comments any more than if I had said them myself. In fact, I have said pretty much the same thing many times before. i am so glad I am not alone in my feelings about Kristin. She is very ungreatful and disrespectful and down right rude to the very fans that have put her where she is today. They have given her that stardom and that great big paycheck that she receives and so much more and yes even her relationship with Rob, such as it is. After all, it is because of Twilight that they met. My biggest hope is that he will out grow her very soon. He is far too classy for her. He is intelligent and talented beyond his years with a wonderful sense of humor and MORE than easy on the eyes to boot, quite sexy as a matter of fact with a beautiful smile. Kristin can be quite beautiful too, but I just dont see that beauty any more (not for a long time), Because it is all hidden now behind all of that nasty attitude and very bad potty mouth. I really think she is looking very sickly lately, much like it may be as a result of some bad habits………..I do belive no one would even know who she is without her name being linked to Rob’s all of the time. Yes of course she plays Bella Swan, but that is the only claim to fame. On a personal level without Rob, no one would care what she does or where she goes. Who was interested her when she was filming the Joan Jett movie while at the same time Rob was filming Remember Me with so many of his loyal fans following his every movement. Granted that must have been nerve wracking for Rob, but he handled it so well and still does (with the class that Kristin does not posses, no will she ever). For the record, I really do think that there are so many other actresses out there that could have played Bella so much better than her, but as has already been said, we are stuck with her, One other thing, her being 19 does not give her a free pass the act and talk the way she does to the very people that have put her where she is today and living the lifestyle that most people dream of. Shame on Kristin on so many levels!!!!!!
@German girl, no one is telling her not to be herself, what most of us are pointing out is that she could keep her self loathing to herself. I love people that march to the beat of their own drum, but I can list several actors that don’t keep bringing up how bad their life is going.
I don’t want to hear that, tell me about the movie, how you feel about the character, but do not tell me how you feel trapped because you have chosen a profession where you are looked under a microscope! We all have free will, and we choose what we are willing to deal with. She just needs to accept the things she can not change about her job. She could end up like Micky Rouke.
