Robert Pattinson Heads Out to Dinner
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart stepped out for dinner together at Pinky’s Steakhouse with Sam Bradley and friends in Vancouver last night, where they’re filming new Twilight movie Eclipse.
Rob wore one of his familiar caps to hide that messy hair, while Kristen — free of her Bella wig — was very camera shy as she was caught behind Rob through the glass door of the restaurant as they were about to leave, and then sat next to him in the car back to where they’re staying.

Obviously the cost of fame–no privacy EVER!!! Do these people who snap these pictures truly love Robert, Kristen and even the rest of the cast? If you did you would respect them and give them their privacy when they get a night out!!!

Yeah. Just look at the look on his face. I really think Robert and Kristen aren’t even enjoying to go out somewhere bc the dnt get to anything!! Im a huge fan and all but i do still want them 2 have a life.

if you see one of robert ,s coming in or coming out ..you see them all..they are all the same apart for an occasional change of clothes….I wonder why the paparazzi bother waiting for him in the cold and the rain..they know he is not going to smile or talk to anyone..waste of time..when will they get sick of it..surely no one is going to buy those photos….
although I love the pictures, I wish they’d get a break. maybe take the pictures from futher away.
I love all the photo’s and can’t wait to see New Moon. I also think the publicity with Rob has helped some of his musician friends with their careers. If so, I’m glad. It’s hard to get ahead in the movie business, so it’s nice, when you can use the publicity for a good thing.

I would rather there be no photos than look at photos like these where he looks sad.
I realise that he is an actor and part of being in the public eye is having everyone wanting to be all in your business, but they are still people who deserve to have a life.. I think that paparrazzi shots should be illegal. As Tonks said, they should save it for premieres and stuff, when it IS there job to be photographed. I would hate to be in his shoes and have my picture taken every time I left the house. I feel bad for him.

I don’t think he looks unhappy. And if you’re in a public place you have no expectation of privacy. No one does. It’s just that no one cares what most of us are doing. It would be censorship to make it illegal to photograph people in public places. I’m sure he can deal with it.
The thing I always fail to remember is that these pictures are accompanied by HARRASMENT.
It’s one thing to take a picture of him and another to be disrespectful.The video of this evening is on GossipCop…..one guy actually says to him when getting into the taxi……”Edward Cullen I love your dick”…………..so while I’m sure Robert CAN deal with it, he SHOULDN’T have to. I love pictures of him as well and sometimes I feel like, well, it’s only 5 minutes of an otherwise pleasant evening….but these guys are the stalkerazzi….they followed him INTO the hotel and you can even hear Rob apologizing to a very pissed of Kristen………IT’S HEARTBREAKING……
I am guilty of looking at the pics/videos………it’s true………..but I wish they weren’t there for me to look at…….As much as I would miss him, I wish they would leave him alone……..

It seems that when they are at the elevator he’s not actually apologizing to KS but to the autograph seekers standing to the left, who later get into the elevator with them and KS was actually asking THEM to wait….so anyway, this only makes me feel slightly better about the whole thing…..I’d hate to see KS/RP’s “friendship” take a hit b/c they can’t ever go out…….

Reminds me of deer-huntig… Must be pretty exhausting – foot race right after the dinner; you can never stuff yourself cause youve got to be ready to exercise…,but at least they dont plump out, haha… Sure they are already used to it to a certain extend but I can definitively understand when one needs a break from such chases! Only for a few days. Like normal ppl have their weekend.

I really hope your second understanding of the ‘argument’ is correct I really do. I actually thought exactly the same thing when I looked at this this morning. However I made the mistake of reading the blog of the ‘autograph hound’ who was there and witnessed the whole thing and he tells a VERY different story of KStew being in a very bad mood and pissed off at Rob who was apologising for having ‘paused’?????? and then she interrupts him blah blah blah and basically it looks as though poor Rob is being made to look like he doesn’t stand up to her and she calls the shots. I hope this isnn’t so.
I don’t like KStew particularly…..just can’t seem to commit to liking the girl…don’t know why but I WAS starting to thaw towards her since it would appear that they are a couple and Rob clearly thinks the world of her.
Now ..I’m not so sure. Hope this comment doesn’t offend anyone but I had to say it. I hope they are BOTH happy in whatever relationship they have at the moment.

That’ll teach us to look at these wretched ‘Pap’ vids won’t it? LOL but joking aside I agree with you. It certainly was not a pleasant experience for either of them. Such a shame because apparently they were having a great time in the Restaurant with their friends. It’s a bloody shae it really is.

For goodness sake.. At one time I did feel sorry for Rob.. but really.. how often does this happen now?.. he is rarely out and when he does.. it is literally taxi to restaurant,.. taxi to hotel.. so fast.. this is why the photo’s are all the same..
Seriously, I don’t believe for ONE minute that Rob is feeling sorry for himself!.. .. this attention WILL die down..as it does for all celebs… he will look back on this crazy time and laugh.. if he isn’t already laughing in his hotel room!.. (which I truly believe he is!.. )… He is stunned by the reaction to the movie… and to himself.. (he has said this himself).. he knows that in time it will all calm down.. he just has to ride the storm for a while.. .. (while his bank balance is filling up nicely!)
i for once think that they were not fighting at all, it seems like they were apologizing to that woman that came up to them while they were waiting for the elevator asking for an autograph or something…if they were arguing i think that we wold have heard something way before and all this started when that woman arrived asking for something hats when rob told her im sorry and something that u cnt understand and kristen saying can you just wait util…then you hear the woman say im sorry…so clearly that whole convo was diected to the fan or whatever she was asking for…

Like I said, it it were just the picture taking……big deal 5,10 minutes of anotherwise pleasant evening and not every day, sure….but it’s the bullying and the disrespect that gets to me. Nobody should have to listen to that type of stuff no matter how famous you are. And to be followed right into the hotel……..at least, if they stayed outside you can get some kind of respite from it all, but really, that man, if he were more subtle could have just as easily gotten into the elevator with them and taped was was going, gotten off at the same floor etc….
Believe me, I’d miss seeing pics of Rob’s comings and goings, but I think there should be some kind of limit to how close and what constitutes being harassed….not just for Rob but everybody. And for the record, I think Rob handles it wonderfully….again like you, I think he knows this isn’t going to last forever and he’s a good sport normally….I think having KS and his agent & that Nick guy with the phone attached to his ear as his client is being harrassed, just complicated things…….
This is my opinion and it could be totally wrongful thinking but I believe that the actors should try to accomodate the autograph seekers. I think if the market is flooded with signed autographs because the actors are willing to sign, then the pandemonium surrounding them would die down. Because it’s all about supply and demand. If the actors are very popular but resistant to signing, then that makes people want them more. It increases the demand and probably the aggression of the seekers because they are trying to meet a demand that the actors are refusing to accomodate. Maybe that’s wrong but I think the more signatures out there, the less people would be hungering for them. I think the “dick” comment was awful but that probably wasn’t an autograph seeker or paps, but some jerk on the sidewalk. I know they don’t owe it to anyone to do so, but what is really so hard about stopping and smiling and signing a few autographs??? Even for the autograph seekers. I mean people have to make a living and I went to the website and was looking at the autographs and thinking how neat it would be to have the complete set of the cast in their Twilight outfittings. I would pay. I mean I’m never going to get to Vancouver and I’m never going to be able to stand outside all night and beg for signatures. Why shouldn’t I pay the guy who is? It’s a job.
I don’t completely disagree with you…@Rae…I just think there should be a time and a place and some sense of decorum….you know he did book signings, he did all those mall appearances…
he signs at premieres….maybe the papz should go to those things and wait on the long lines and earn their dollars instead of mobbing him outside restaurants & bars…….or, since by all accounts he’s always friendly and accomodating to fans who approach him nicely, perhaps the paps should give that a go……the thing is, this isnt’ about autographs. This is about nasty people trying to bud into his private life, ie love life, because if he’s dating KS it would be huge and others just trying to provoke him to get a picture they can spin anyway they like…..the nastiness he’s got to deal with is just so uncalled for……….that’s why it bothers me……..
I watched the video about 5 times. I could only hear Robert apologizing to the fan. Then I heard Kristen state why don’t you wait until …… couldn’t understand the rest. What is the fuss about this video again? The only thing I could tell was that Kristen was frustrated and it showed when they caught her in the elevator, but not sure exactly at what?
@Searcy, Not sure exactly what went on, but I do agree with you, they both sounded frustrated but Kristen looked like she was having a hard time when she was in the elevator. I know their the hot ticket of the moment, but I can’t wait until the spotlight shines on some other new comers or flavor of the month. I think they are due for a break.
Wow, I saw the video. It seems like Robert is nonchalant about the whole thing, apologizing, but Kristen looks and sounds like she wants to pull her hair out. In my opinion, Robert seems to have acclimated to fame and it looks like it dosen’t phase him but Kristen looks like she is going to head up to her room and smoke a whole pack of ciggies. I think she needs to learn how to deal with this bizarre behavior from the paps or she is going to loose her mind.

@ Marlen, I don’t think she is a bitch. I think she needs to learn how to string a sentence together and maybe have a shower (or at least look like she does).

You know, I just watched that again and there’s no way she directed that attitude towards a little girl asking for an autograph. She was snapping at Robert. Whether she is justified to be frustrated I don’t know but what hurts me more than paps taking pictures of Rob, is some “girlfriend” snapping at him.

After reading some of these posts on here, this is why Rob, Kristen and the rest of the cast run from the media and some fans…EVERYTHING THEY DO IS BLOWN WAY WAY OUT OF PROPORTION!! I watched the video and I NEVER once got they were fighting or fighting with anyone. Rob actually says hi to the Conceirge outside. I am troubled by the fact they can’t have a decent night out without being hounded!

There’s no doubt that KS sounded frustrated……..I mean she’d just been chased into a hotel and then a fan(who by the way did not look like a little girl) asks for an autograph, talk about an inopportune moment. So, I’m not sure who she was talking to but it seems like a normal response given the situation. If it was towards Rob, he most certainly didn’t deserve it and if they’re together, well, I hope she made up for it later………..;-)

Argh… I cant help it and I dont now why but I really need to say: After all she´s only human! Then she had an inappropiate tone, then she was bitchy – so what?! We all are! And please dont say now: but she is a public figure, she has to watch her words, its her job. Yep, you are all right! Dont want to disuss that. BUT she was out privately and maybe she has to deal with the paps and all that. Its part of her job. Nevertheless a job also includes a finishing time. And if she is stressed in that situation, than she is and none of us is Herculean and always does the perfectly right thing to do and always reacts 100% correct.
Lets just imagine for a sec it would have been Rob who had shown any sign of stress, that he is ennerved or whatever. All of us would have been so sorry, would have totally understood that its a little too much for him, that he´s only human, etc., etc.
Even one snappy tone out of his mouth and we all would have felt guilty. And would have loved to send the paps packing.

Ok so i just watched the video for the 1st time for 3 times. The woman(not girl) asks for an autograph and Rob say “sorry, sorry guys….”(cant make it out after that) and Kristen says “can u just wait untill these people are done”. To the girl. She doesnt say it to Rob… So yeah they did NOT have an argument.
Do you really, I mean really think that Kristen was talking like that to a fan asking for an autograph???? I watched it again. I can’t imagine that her words were for the woman and not for Rob. If I were a fan and asked for an autograph and she responded like that……well I would probably cry because I don’t like people yelling in my face and then I would have gotten in that elevator and there would have been a confrontation. Everyone is aggravated sometimes but it seems like Kristen is in permanent b**** mode. I mean when is her friendly, smiling, love my fans and I’m happy to pose and sign autographs time. I’m waiting for it but you can bet that I’m not holding my breath. I just have a problem with UNFRIENDLY and she seems to me to have it painted like a neon sign on her forehead.

Maybe they weren’t arguing, maybe Kristen was talking to the fan. In which case, I find it even more unsettling because that could be me, asking for an autograph, and that could be the tone that she decided to use with me. Would not be pretty for her in the elevator is all that I can say.
Ok, apparently I have not moved on………..@Rae, you seem like a nice enough person and I would hope that you, me and everyone here would not bother Rob and KS after watching them being chased into a hotel lobby by papz….I would hope that we, as adults and Rob fans, would appreciate their situation and give them the space they, or anybody, would need at that moment. You know I would like to think that I would NOT ask for their autographs at that horrible time either but I’m also wondering if that wouldn’t be the ONLY chance that I might EVER have. So I would want to take that moment and ask. I just think that a lot of that hassle could be avoided if actors would just stop for a few minutes and smile and sign and pretend to be happy that they have fans who support their work.

Ok so I looked at the video and it seems to me that Rob was trying to talk to kristen and she did snap at him “can you wait till we are upstairs”…. she apparently is a private person and doesn’t like strangers lurking around with camaras or in hearing distance.. paps or not.. she just like her privacy and yes she is upset.. who wouldn’t be in most stituations.. I see Rob trying to cope with it alot better then she is. I hope they are not in item only because i can see that she can be mean to Rob.. and Rob is casual and laid back nice kind of guy and didn’t deserve that snap. its not his fault paps all everywhere all the damn time.
@Crystal……I think the pressure of the media and everyone wanting a look inside their relationship will either make it stronger, or will deteriate it. I do think they will get past the Twilight phase, but who’s to say the relationship will or will not last beyond that. I don’t think they are a good fit, but I have been in relationships where you are in love with someone, no matter what, reguardless of the chaos, only later to find out you already knew it wasn’t meant to be.
@Krissie………… I agree with you 100% there’s no dissing on rob or kristen…. there personalities just isnt a fit… they look good togther with the “just got of bed look” or I should say “don’t care what I look like look” Should I wear a matching outfit today to impress. No thats not either of them.. so it looks like there a great couple .. but personality wise.. they are just opposite. She’s too stress out and He’s to laid back. If they are a couple that’s fine its between them.. but i definitely see them just as friends when this is all over.. nothing more..

Whats to be miserable about??? That’s the part that I don’t get. If Rob were in love with me, I’d be singing it from the rooftops. I’d be smiling and happy and hanging off his arm, so proud and so excited to be with him. I’d sign anyone’s autograph that asked and I’d SMILE while doing it.
