Robert Pattinson at Comic Con 2009?
E! Online says that as of now, Robert Pattinson is a definite go to hit the San Diego Comic Con 2009.
“And he won’t be traveling alone. Kristen Stewart will be by his side, too! With Robsten’s over-the-top filming schedule, not to mention the vicious rumors flying around about the couple, Kristen and Rob have had quite the past couple of weeks.
That’s why we’re told that both of the overworked actors are superexcited about their upcoming rendezvous. And maybe that’s why Pattinson’s filming dates were moved up this weekend—to give him the vacay he so needs in a few weeks with his babe back in Cali. Us romantics can only hope, right?
But don’t expect security to be nearly as lax down at Comic-Con as it has been over in New York.
We’re also hearing that when Eclipse starts shooting in Canada next month, there will be no additional security measures, this time round, just as there hasn’t been for Rob’s Remember Me stint.”

Marc Malkin (the guy who writes the gossip and celebrities stuff on E!) is so full os bull. He doesn’t even wanna know the facts, he thinks that Rob is with Kristen and nobody can convince him the other way. Crazy, crazy, crazy.
I’m surprised that he would even attempt Comic Con this time. The security would have to be crazy.
He needs to be protected…….wherever he goes, whatever he does……nyc and italy was proof of that………it will calm down as soon as all the twilight stuff is over, but for now……..security with a capital S……sadly Summit doesn’t seem to think so, or maybe Rob is embarrassed by it all and doesn’t like it………I don’t know , I only hope he’s safe and happy
If he gets hurt I am going to be one mad woman. It is a possibility that Rob requested this, but Summit needs to be careful with him anyway. The way those crazy fans are is very scary. I just hope Rob can have success in shooting Eclipse without any interruptions from paps and fans. Good luck to ya Rob.
It is really pathetic that Summit didn’t step up and provide bettter security. God forbid they cough up a little bit of extra cash to protect their star. You think they would have. This movie had a lot of outdoor scenes…so in a place like NYC…it is hard to completely shut down an area. Your trying to tell me Summit couldn’t provide better security for these shoots. I do agree things will calm a bit down once Twilight is over but he still going to be in demand and production companies need to step up. I hope in the end he enjoyed himself a least a little. NYC is one of the best cities and it is a shame if he didn’t enjoy himself here. Fans just need to calm down when they see him…he has a job to do and even with all the chaos he still managed to sign autographs and take pictures.
Rob is totally uncomfortable with all the attention, and he admits to being paranoid of all the crazy ladies, so I wish his fans would leave him alone, and worship him from afar (like I do!). I hope he’s safe and OK…. surprised to hear he would go to ComicCom after all the craziness before…..As for Rob and Kristen…one can only hope!
He just spent the weekend with his new girlfriend. And it isn’t Kristen. God your jaws will DROP when you find out in a couple of month’s time
so who is his new girlfriend?
If he’s going to be at comic con, does that mean he will finish filming remember me before he goes? Or will he come back to New York to finish?

After the year he’s had, I wonder why Rob would need to do the insane media campaign he had to for Twilight. I mean, he’s so huge right now, there is NO WAY he would be able to do mall tours and Hot Topic signings. People would seriously RIOT now. Clearly, Summit cannot provide him with adequate security. Why does Rob need to do the media blitz for New Moon? WHO hasn’t heard of it? Who doesn’t want to go see it? I’m hoping that after they film Eclipse, the cast can sit through talking to the media in their hotel rooms, but not run around like they had to for Twilight. Really, there is no need to do that now. They’ve got their audience. No point in running around the world and grinding poor Rob into the ground. HE (Edward) does not need to be there for every single interview, like he did for Twilight. Give him some space.
I think Rob and Kristen would make a perfect couple and rob doesn’t have a girlfriend he will probobly start liking kristen again when they film eclipse I have hope that one day they will be together but I wonder if she is still dating that micheal guy. I hope not
