Robert Pattinson ... Who?

Sure, he looks foul-smelling, but would you believe Twilight star Robert Pattinson is really “incredibly hygienic”? So hygienic, in fact, that he’s a threat to himself and his teeth? It’s true, claims his Eclipse co-star Bryce Dallas Howard! When we ran into her at the recent New York premiere of her new movie, the Tennessee Williams–scripted The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond (out today), she told us about her first brush with Rob: “I actually came out to him that I was totally nervous about [meeting him],” said Howard, who will replace Rachelle Lafevre as evil vampire Victoria in next year’s Twilight 3. “He’s such a sweet young man, and there’s such a distinctive difference between him and Edward Cullen. He does such a wonderful job embodying that character, and bringing that character to life. But when you meet him, he’s such a down-to-earth, humble person, you feel bad freaking out around him.”

“But what does he smell like?” we inquired. “Actually, he’s incredibly hygienic,” Howard insisted. “He told me this story that made me crack up. He was like, ‘Oh, I have to go to the dentist.’ And I was like, ‘Oh no, what happened? Just a check-up?’ And he was like, ‘No, I chipped a tooth.’ And I was like, ‘How?’ And he was like, ‘Flossing.’ Who does that? I don’t even floss. So he’s hygienic. Trust me.”

The Twilight star gave his fans something else to Robsess over as he sported the new face fuzz on a post-Christmas day out with his sister LIZZY in Barnes, South-West London.

It’s a wrap on 2009! For Robert Pattinson lovers it has been an amazing year filled with candid interviews that has given fans a chance to get an inside look at the actor’s private life. Thanks to the Robsessed DVD we got to take a trip back in time before Pattinson was larger than life and just playing open mic night for Phil Taylor at The Albany alongside friend Bobby Long. We also learned a lot about Rob while he was promoting the release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon back in November. As 2009 winds down, we look to the horizon of 2010 and wonder what is in store for the uber famous Robert Pattinson.

It is an undeniable fact that Rob will make his fans swoon with his casual hair flips, his brilliant knack for being fabulous, and his interesting roles in upcoming films. In 2009, Rob appeared in a few indie films, Little Ashes (2010) and How to Be (2009) along with the international blockbuster The Twilight Saga: New Moon. But come 2010, Pattinson is taking a different approach as leading man.

2010 is all about becoming mainstream for Pattinson, and this coming March the English actor will take center stage in Summit’s Remember Me. In the past, Pattinson has been a supporting actor, however in this film the actor will finally be able to carry a film on his own. Co-starring alongside Lost beauty Emilie De Ravin and former James Bond hotness Pierce Brosnan, Remember Me will be a momentous film for the young actor. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)
Opening Date: June 30, 2010
CoStars: Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Peter Facinelli, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone & Elizabeth Reaser.
Plot: The Saga continues in the third installment where Bella makes her decision between vampire Edward and her best friend werewolf Jacob. There is no shortness of drama in this installment, as the Cullen’s and the Wolf Pack team up together to help fight off the evil vampires who are out for blood.

Unbound Captives (2010)
Opening Date: 2010
CoStars: Rachel Weisz Hugh Jackman & Garret Dillahunt.
Plot: This period piece follows May (Rachel Weisz) who plays a women whose children have been kidnapped after the terrible death of her husband. Tom (Hugh Jackman) assists May in finding her lost son Phineas (Robert Pattinson) in the sweeping epic tale.

There are a couple New Moon movie stills that appear in the New Moon Illustrated Companion book that do NOT appear in the movie. One is a possible scene of Edward, Alice and Charlie maybe after they come back from Italy.

Robert Pattinson said he doesn’t really like Edward & Bella’s relationship. Twilight, New Moon,and Eclipse movie star, Robert Pattinson recently chatted with GMTV during the “Twilight Saga: New Moon” promotional tour,and he revealed quite a few things,which include not really agreeing with Edward and Bella’s relationship ( video clip below).

Robert Pattinson said that he really enjoyed filming “New Moon” because everyone was so relaxed,and Chris Weitz, the director was great and very calm. He talked about how amazing it is that they’ve already filmed two sequels within a year of the first “Twilight”movie coming out.

He said he didn’t really quite agree with Bella and Edward’s relationship because it’s the type that sort of alienates everyone else around them . They’re so caught up in themselves, that the friendships around them sort of drop off. He said he did quite a bit of his own stunts in “New Moon,” but not as many in “Twilight” because he got injured on the very first day.

He also revealed that he would never want to be a vampire in real life. However, the running fast ability is appealing to him. He also said he doesn’t like putting on that pale white make-up everyday. He talked about how his family feels about his career. He was also in a band. He wasn’t a fan of school or homework.

He talked about all the media attention. He said, it’s great to go back to England because no one even bats an eye at him over there. He feels normal again when he’s there. He concluded, by talking a little bit about the Volturi vampire clan and their history. He appeared to get a little confused,though.

“Twilight Saga: New Moon” is in theaters now. “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” hits theaters on June 30,2010.

Well… duh!

Robert Pattinson has topped the list of celebrities most women would like to kiss under a mistletoe during the Christmas holidays.

According to a survey by British online club Park Christmas Savings, 54 percent women wanted to kiss the Twilight star over the Christmas and New Year holidays, reports starpulse.com.

Johnny Depp came second with 17 percent votes while Brad Pitt was third with 10 percent.
