Millions know English actor Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen, the vampire with a conscience in the films Twilight and The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the fantasy/romance movies based on Stephenie Meyer’s famous book series.

But there’s more to Pattinson than fake fangs, faraway looks and tousled hair. Pattinson is an accomplished musician, a former model and an actor who’s played both a wizard at Harry Potter’s Hogwarts School and the artist Salvador Dali.

Bluewater Productions in May will ship FAME: Robert Pattinson to comic book shops and retailers across the country. This 32-page comic will trace Pattinson’s career from his first performance in Tess of the D’Urbervilles at London’s Barnes Theatre to his star turn in the Twilight movies.

Writer Kim Sherman said that she is eager to introduce fans to the many sides of Pattinson.

“I love having the ability to introduce high-profile people to readers through an unexpected medium that is both written and visual,” Sherman said. “These biography comics are designed to illustrate interesting tidbits to fans about their favorite figureheads, and inspire them to learn more. I chose to conceptualize A-lister Robert Pattinson from a unique perspective, immersing the reader into the life of the talented actor beyond his most famous role.”

Count interior artist Nathaniel Ooten as one reader who’s gained a new appreciation for Pattinson’s career since reading Sherman’s script.

“Working on this book has opened an entirely new level of Rob Pattinson for me,” Ooten said. “Before starting, I was only aware of the ‘teenage vampire’ Pattinson. After reading the script, studying the subject and listening to his music, I not only became very interested in Pattinson’s future work, but also discovered a new appreciation for this ‘teenage vampire.’”

Bluewater president Darren G. Davis said that he expects Pattinson’s biography to be as popular among Twilight fans as was the comic biography of writer Meyer, which Bluewater published in November of 2009. That particular biography has sold out of several printings.

“Twilight fans want to know everything about the talented people who have brought them the story of Edward and Bella,” Davis said. “I’m pleased to be able to bring them Robert Pattinson’s story. It’s our hope that even the most devoted fans will discover a fact or two that takes them completely by surprise.”

FAME: Robert Pattinson is part of Bluewater’s much-publicized, and popular, line of biographical comics. The FAME series will also include comic biographies of Lady GaGa, 50 Cent, Tiger Woods and David Beckham. Bluewater Productions also publishes biographies of influential political figures such as Al Gore, Sarah Palin and Michelle Obama. Many of these comics, too, have sold out several printings.

Hello Magazine extended their voting for most attractive male, but Rob is losing ground!

Since the vote was extended Hugh Laurie has gone from 47000 votes to 78000 in three days. Yesterday his fans added over 17,000 votes while Rob fans are adding a steady 5,000 each day.

Now he’s only 10,000 away from Rob, so VOTE!.

He wants you to. Really.

He’s the object of many a woman’s affection, so Hugh Grant knows a thing or two about how to get the ladies to swoon.

And the “Two Weeks Notice” stud has declared that Robert Pattinson is indeed worthy of the heartthrob status he’s received from his fans.

Grant recently explained, “I haven’t watched the second part yet of ‘Twilight,’ but I understand the fascination with Robert. I think he’s really sexy!”

Robert Pattinson’s mom wants him to have a baby with his Twilight costar and girlfriend Kristen Stewart!

Insiders say Clare Pattinson is keen for her superstar son — who is fast becoming Hollywood’s hottest star — to start a family with Kristen because she thinks it’ll help keep Rob’s feet firmly on the ground.

“Rob’s mom Clare believes the responsibilities of raising a child would help keep him grounded as his success in showbiz continues to explode,” a source said.

“She doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with them having a baby at a young age. She simply adores Kristen and is already treating her like a daughter-in-law.”

Kristen, insiders say, even suggested she and Rob, 23, move to England to be closer to his family.

“Kristen has been spending more time with Rob’s parents, and they love her and she loves them,” the insider told the National Enquirer.

“Clare just knew Kristen was The One. Rob knows his mom’s not been wrong about anything yet. He’s taking her advice about Kristen VERY seriously.”

While most girls would jump at the chance to get within two steps of Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson, former X Factor contestant actually passed on dining with him!

Upon hearing that Rob was a fan of hers, big sister Victoria invited the 19-year-old singer/model to dine with them after the London premiere of New Moon last year.

Unfortunately, Lucie had to decline because she had a gig that night in Warrington, a four-hour journey from London.

Lucie shared with Life & Style mag, “I was [heartbroken] to miss out on a date with Victoria. I was hoping Robert would be there as I’m a huge fan. But hopefully we’ll get to meet up in the new year — and this time I won’t be canceling.”

It’s true, claims his Eclipse co-star Bryce Dallas Howard! When we ran into her at the recent New York premiere of her new movie, the Tennessee Williams–scripted The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond (out today), she told us about her first brush with Rob: “I actually came out to him that I was totally nervous about [meeting him],” said Howard, who will replace Rachelle Lafevre as evil vampire Victoria in next year’s Twilight 3. “He’s such a sweet young man, and there’s such a distinctive difference between him and Edward Cullen. He does such a wonderful job embodying that character, and bringing that character to life. But when you meet him, he’s such a down-to-earth, humble person, you feel bad freaking out around him.”

“But what does he smell like?” we inquired. “Actually, he’s incredibly hygienic,” Howard insisted. “He told me this story that made me crack up. He was like, ‘Oh, I have to go to the dentist.’ And I was like, ‘Oh no, what happened? Just a check-up?’ And he was like, ‘No, I chipped a tooth.’ And I was like, ‘How?’ And he was like, ‘Flossing.’ Who does that? I don’t even floss. So he’s hygienic. Trust me.”

It’s a wrap on 2009! For Robert Pattinson lovers it has been an amazing year filled with candid interviews that has given fans a chance to get an inside look at the actor’s private life. Thanks to the Robsessed DVD we got to take a trip back in time before Pattinson was larger than life and just playing open mic night for Phil Taylor at The Albany alongside friend Bobby Long. We also learned a lot about Rob while he was promoting the release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon back in November. As 2009 winds down, we look to the horizon of 2010 and wonder what is in store for the uber famous Robert Pattinson.

It is an undeniable fact that Rob will make his fans swoon with his casual hair flips, his brilliant knack for being fabulous, and his interesting roles in upcoming films. In 2009, Rob appeared in a few indie films, Little Ashes (2010) and How to Be (2009) along with the international blockbuster The Twilight Saga: New Moon. But come 2010, Pattinson is taking a different approach as leading man.

2010 is all about becoming mainstream for Pattinson, and this coming March the English actor will take center stage in Summit’s Remember Me. In the past, Pattinson has been a supporting actor, however in this film the actor will finally be able to carry a film on his own. Robert Pattinson has topped the list of celebrities most women would like to kiss under a mistletoe during the Christmas holidays.

According to a survey by British online club Park Christmas Savings, 54 percent women wanted to kiss the Twilight star over the Christmas and New Year holidays, reports starpulse.com.

Johnny Depp came second with 17 percent votes while Brad Pitt was third with 10 percent.
