ECPAT UK together with The Body Shop have launched a global campaign against sex trafficking and Robert Pattinson is among several celebrities who provided their handprints to show their support of the campaign.

You can also show your support by signing this petition which calls on the UK government to provide greater protection for child victims of trafficking.

We don’t want to be too hard on Robert Pattinson for donating a drawing he made of a balloon with his self-portrait on it (yeah, it’s confusing…) to be auctioned off for PACT (Parents and Abducted Children Together), since it’s an organization dedicated to finding missing children, but come on. That is terrible art; there’s 7 days left on the PACT Ebay auction and it’s already fetching $1,350. That is ridiculous. There are 74 other famous people donating their sketches including Jade Jagger and Christiane Amanpour, and the most anyone else has fetched so far is $40. Most don’t even have buyers yet. Chillax, Twihards. You can always download the Prattz font and make pretend they’re his random doodlings.

Robert Pattinson’s sister Victoria and his mom Clare were spotted at a charity event (International Missing Children’s Day), were Robert himself sent an “art baloon”.

Robert Pattinson is on board.

Marc Malkin just got word that the Twilight star has signed on for Friday’s Hope for Haiti telethon. As of right now, it looks like Rob will be the sole presenter in London with performances by Jay-Z and Bono.
