Robert Pattinson Fotogramas Full Interview

robert-pattinson-435.jpgCheck out Fotogramas full interview with Robert Pattinson (translated by TwilightPoison):

What scene in New Moon left a nice memory to you?
Probably the Volterra scene, where I have to step into the light. There were many extras and many fans there. Some fans traveled across the world to be there.

Why was it so important?
I felt a huge sense of responsibility, being in front of so many that are so obsessed with this story. It was nerve wrecking, but I never felt closer to the character before this.

What about the scene where your character leaves Bella?
It was strange, but the fans helped. To them, Bella and Edward’s relationship is ideal. You can feel the weight of the pressure.

Is there anything you have in common with Edward?
I guess. Sometimes I can be very dumb too. And I’m very possessive and obsessive like him.

What are you obsessed about?
Um…

Kellan Lutz Chats Robsten Chemistry

000rkf39.jpgKellan Lutz recently spoke to “The Dish Rag” about “Breaking Dawn” being spilt into 2 movies and said “I have read that they are talking to Rob, Taylor and Kristen to negotiate to make ‘Dawn’ into two movies. I’d love for it to be two films,” he added.

He also answered a question about the rumour going around about a “Twilight” Tv Series, “I just heard that too. I don’t know how. You already have the books and the story’s been told so beautifully. And there’s already ‘True Blood’ and ‘Vampire Diaries,’ and they’re both great. I don’t know how it would work. Twenty two episodes?

He knows that some people are waiting years to have the success that the “Twilight” stars have and said “People work 20 years to get what we have,” Kellan admits. “We really are so lucky. Its like you get a headstart and its all because of the fans. And it’s not just about money or getting offers, it’s that we can mold our careers.”

And on attributing “Twilight” franchise success to Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart
“The rest of us, we could suck probably,” Kellan says. “It’s Rob and Kristen who have the amazing chemistry. Without those two keystones, “Twilight” could have flopped. It really could have.”

Robert Pattinson Claims He’s Single

robert pattinson premiere 3.jpgDespite the rumored romance with ‘Twilight’ co star Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson is still claiming to be single.

The 23 year old ‘New Moon’ hunk says in a new interview with Italian Vanity Fair magazine that just about everything written about his personal life isn’t true.

“I am single… almost everything that came out about my private life is false.”

So why the false rumors then? Robert Pattinson thinks it could be because there is simply isn’t anything else to talk about.

“I think it happens because, really, there is not much to say about what I’m doing,” Pattinson said. “While I am filming, I live practically [like a] recluse in [a] hotel. I come out only to work, and sometimes to go out for dinner. But, if you read the magazines, it seems that I have a frantic high life.”

The hot young Brit can been seen in the second installment of the ‘Twilight Saga, New Moon’ in theaters now, and also is ‘Remember Me’ which hits theaters in March 2010.

Robert Pattinson in Joy Magazine- Germany

‘Women swamp me’

The man with the magic stare is and will be Hollywood’s hottest vampire. Robert Pattinson sat down with JOY author Frances Schoenberger and talked about the Twilight sequel, co-star kristen Stewart — and his secret fears.

Robert Pattinson slips through a hidden entry into the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills and greets me with a shy ‘hello’. Plaid shirt, black leather jacket and sporting stubble: the 6ft tall Brit seems more like a casual bohemian rather than the most wanted celebrity. I have the feeling he doesn’t like the spotlight on himself: His eyes keep wandering to the floor. However, it’s exactly that, his vulnerability and insecurity that sum up his incredible charisma.

JOY: When I met you last year you were still a newcomer to this business. Despite your breakthrough career you don’t seem to have changed. You still appear down-to-earth, showing up to an interview by yourself. Do you pass on an entourage?

RP: Having lots of people surrounding me permanently makes me nervous. I don’t need an assistant or a mentor. The more people hover over you the more people will try to tell you what to do. I don’t care about their opinions most of the time (laughs). Although I should try not to be too self-deprecating when being interviewed and to not put myself down all the time because fans will probably think ‘It’s true, he IS an idiot.’ (laughs)

JOY: The first Twilight movie pitchforked you on the crest of the wave. How did your every day life change with all the fame?

RP: Most of the time I don’t even notice being a celebrity because I’m constantly working. We started shooting New Moon right after we finished Twilight and right now we are already working on Eclipse. On the set, it doesn’t matter if I’m famous or not. I get up at 5 in the morning and when I go home at night I’m so tired that I just want to sleep.

JOY: Which part of the fame don’t you like?

RP: It truly is bizarre, how the press keeps lunging at me and how much they find to say about me. That means that I can’t go out as much — I need to hide when needed or lay false trails. I mean, I don’t have issues with people chatting me up on the street but if there is a bunch of girls swamping me, things get out of hand.

New Robert Pattinson Interview with TodaTeen- Scans and Translation!

todateen.jpg

toda-teen2.jpg todateen3.jpg tpdateen3.jpg

We are stubborn and possessive

It was in a hotel in Paris, during New Moon promotion, that Rob gave us this interview. Shy and always ready to crack a joke (but still being professional), the star doesn’t give the impression that let fame go to his head. But something changed: the actor that plays the vampire that makes every girl fell in love with in two seconds needs an agent controlling everything he says in interviews. But he still talked to TodaTeen about rumors, filming, future projects and more.

It’s insane outside the hotel…
Really? For some reason France always seems to respond to the movie earlier. I was surprised when I came here. But it’s always nice, it’s crazy. I remember the first time I stayed in this hotel, everyone that worked here would say “that never happened before” about the crowd standing outside. It’s definitely an honor.

You also filmed some scenes in Italy. Was it crazy like that there?
It was nice, “warmer” that Vancouver. It was like shooting a different movie. There were about 2000 extras and most of them were fans. They weren’t even being payed, just wanted to be part of the movie. There was a lot of expectation, especially when important scenes were filmed. Those days were fun.

How was it for you to work with Chris Weitz after working with Catherine?
Chris is a very nice guy. I like him a lot, since the day we met. He came on the set saying “I really liked the first movie, I like the cast. You guys understand the characters more than I do. And that’s how I want to work”. It was nice of him to say that. He was making a sequel so he didn’t want it to be any different from the first movie. Chris has this energy which is totally different from Catherine’s. She is wilder and she has this very unique way to see things. Like, the idea of falling in love with someone… it happens that way, just like that. And Chris is more rational. He understands love in different levels. Like, with love comes fear and doubt. And sometimes you can’t control your fear. And this thought was perfect for the movie he was directing.

It’s something more mature, right?
Exactly! I think everything is more complex. I think that first love is something totally inexplicable, so that’s why it was good when Catharine noticed that. You don’t have to analyze, it just happens.

You’re not as much in this movie as you were in the first one. Did it make your schedule a little less busy?
(laughs) It’s true. I wanted to change a lot of things in my acting. It was nice not to have that much pressure on me because I could change things I wanted to change when I was acting.

Like what?
Like the character’s appearance and a lot of little things regarding my acting. No one is pressuring me telling me to do this or that, and they tell me things like “you don’t have to do everything like you did in the first movie. It just have to be successful and not change much”. That’s why I had more fun filming New Moon.

Robert Pattinson Chats Fame and Staying the Same

Movie Trailers - Movies Blog

As we enter December, “New Moon” is still riding high at the box office. And although it’s a few weeks until Christmas, that doesn’t mean “Twilight” fans aren’t already dreaming of finding RPattz under their tree.

Well, we’re always willing to start the party a bit early. Today, we present the final installment of an MTV Radio interview with Robert Pattinson, following up on his thoughts about romance and Taylor Lautner’s transformation. Read on for candy-cane-flavored as Spunk Ransom talks fame, fighting Lautner and the danger of romancing a leading lady.

MTV: How are you dealing with the franchise’s explosion into a full-blown phenomenon?

Robert Pattinson: I guess it’s inevitable that you become more comfortable. You still fight against some things, but there’s nothing really scary about it. I like all the people I work with. I generally have very few disagreements about the script or anything when we’re doing it, especially on “New Moon.” It just seemed so relaxed and easy. I mean, I’ve been on three different sets since January 14th. I’ve had, like, three days off. [So when people ask me,] “Has your life changed?” I don’t know. I’m still on set. I’m going to be on set all next year as well. As for [running] errands and things, I don’t know what that really is like, because I haven’t had a sustained period of time where I’ve been off. … I still feel like I’m pretty much exactly the same, which is maybe not a good thing.

MTV: Tell us about what was going through your mind during the pivotal scene where you break up with Bella.

Pattinson: It’s strange, but something weird about it [is that I was helped by] people’s anticipation of the movie and fans’ idea of what Bella and Edward’s relationship is, what it represents to them. Playing a scene where you’re breaking up the ideal relationship, I felt a lot of the weight behind that, and also it took away your fear of melodrama as well. It felt seismic, if that’s the right word, even when we were doing it. It was very much like [shooting the Italy] scene at the end [of the movie]. You can really feel the audience watching as you’re doing it.

MTV: What personality traits do you share with Edward?

Pattinson: I guess stubbornness, in some ways about some things. He’s pretty self-righteous too. And I guess I get quite obsessive about things — possessive as well, I think.

MTV: What are you obsessive about?

Pattinson: Well, I do have very, very specific ideas about how I want to do my work and how I want to be perceived — to the point of ridiculousness, sometimes. I don’t listen to anyone else. That’s why I don’t have a publicist or anything. I can’t stand it if someone is trying to tell me to do something, which is maybe a mistake sometimes. But I like being meticulous, and it’s quite difficult as an actor to have that much control.

MTV: And how does the “Twilight” saga fit into that meticulousness?

Pattinson: Well, that’s a good thing about the “Twilight” series. It does give you a lot more control over tiddly little things, which I want to have. I’m a control freak about it.

MTV: In a no-holds-barred fight between yourself and Taylor Lautner, who wins?

Pattinson: I don’t know. I did hear the other day that Taylor had agreed to an interview where the interviewer was going to fight him. I don’t think I’d ever agree to that. Also, looking at Taylor’s martial-arts videos from when he was, like, 9, I wouldn’t really want to do anything [to make him angry]. Maybe if I had some kind of weapon. But if Edward and Jacob [fought], I think it’s actually a fact that Edward would win — I think, if I read the books correctly. So I guess I could hold onto that for my ego.

MTV: Love plays such a major role in these films, and so many fans want what happens onscreen to happen in real life. How do you separate what happens in movies from real life with women you’re casted opposite?

Pattinson: You’ve always got to remember that you’re being paid and that there’s a lot of connotations that come with that. I think that’s one of the major separations. Yeah, I think so.
