Rosario Dawson recently spoke out on the film Parts Per Billion, and says that the film will go on without Rob…
“It would [have been] good to have him in the film, and I thought the relationship between him and Olivia [Thirlby] would be really well-expressed,” she said of Robert Pattinson, whose busy schedule caused him to drop out of the flick a few months ago. “But that happens. So, I guess you have to keep looking.”

Oh NO. I was excited to see Robert in this film
According to MTV News: It seems that Robert Pattinson has dropped out of Parts Per Billion.
It’s the long-awaited film that was supposed to pair RPattz with heavy-hitting actors Rosario Dawson, Olivia Thirlby and Dennis Hopper – and supposedly involve a steamy bathtub scene between Thirlby and Pattinson. Now, however, fans’ hopes of seeing the “Twilight” star rub-a-dub-dubbing in the tub have gone down the drain.
What’s even more interesting is that Pattinson’s rep pointed to “New Moon” preparations as the reason why Rob had to clear his schedule for the first quarter of 2009. Which would seem to put him in an interesting situation, as he’s arguably the hottest young actor in Hollywood, but doesn’t have time to make any non-“Twilight” movies!

In his interview with Variety, Rob alludes to starting in the upcoming film ‘Parts Per Billion’ opposite Olivia Thirlby. The drama is about three couples who face love, joy and fear as a cataclysm unfolds around them. Robert is set to play Erik in the film, which also tentatively costars Rosario Dawson and Dennis Hopper. Can’t wait for more news!

The Movie Fanatic has released their Biggest Buzz list and Rob Pattinson is number one again!
The Buzz: After having been subjected to such public scrutiny, the young Twilight lead is taking everything in stride. While he is definitely annoyed by the fact that he’ll no longer enjoy simple pleasures such as drinking, bar-hopping and enjoying some cozy time with the girls, Pattinson simply has no choice.
Is such a price too high if you’re going to be given tremendous opportunities to develop your acting craft? Perhaps not. After reading the translated interview he did in Mexico recently, I want to point out some clues as to why tMF is extremely excited about Pattinson’s career. Here’s that specific quote from Rob:
“…but I’m going to do a small independent project next year and two other things of which I still can’t talk about.”
That small independent project is no other than Parts Per Billion. Stay tuned at tMF for the latest regarding this movie direct from those involved in the filming!
